How can I boost hair volume and thickness?

Patient's Query

My hair is very thin and less volume how to increase my hair volume and thickness

Answered by Dr. Archit Aggarwal

If a person’s hair is too light and flat, maybe that’s how they’re born or they age, they have bad diet or style it too much. When hair becomes thin it could fall off in some areas leading to baldness. Eat a variety of foods with proteins, vitamins minerals in order to make hair thicker and increase its volume. Don’t use heat tools or strong chemicals on your hair, apply softening shampoos and conditioners then dry gently. Seek advice from a dermatologist who can give you specific instructions.

Sir/madam My chaild foot had heavy cracks what is the solution to this

Male | 9

It is important to keep your child’s feet clean and dry to prevent infection and cracking. A dermatologist or podiatrist can best determine and treat the condition. However, the best solution for cracked feet is to keep your feet hydrated and moisturized. This can be done by using lotions and creams specifically designed for cracked feet. You can also soak your feet in warm water with Epsom salts or other moisturizing oils such as olive oil or coconut oil.

You have been suffering from allergic rhinitis (hay fever) for the last two years. Symptoms like sneezing, running nose, and congestion can be very annoying. Usually, the things that trigger this allergic reaction are pollen, dust mites, or pet dander. Antihistamines like Montas-L can help you by blocking the allergy response and thus, reducing the symptoms. The regular intake of your medication is necessary for the proper control of your allergy.

One of my friend kid eat e capsule which is used for hair and skin she is using for hair growth by putting e capsule in oil by mistake the kid is eaten e capsule green colour layer of e capsule so it is problem for her kid

Female | 2

The thought of the child of your friend swallowing the capsule should not be a cause of much worry. More often than not, these are pure nutrient capsules, so the threat may be relatively minor. The signs might be something like mild upset of the stomach, the child might also experience nausea. Monitor the child for any possible adverse reactions. Tell the parent to give the child quite a few drinks and await for any discomfort.

I did surgery on Keloid on my back but the wound is not healing fast. Please what do should I do to stop the keloid from growing back again.

Male | 43

A keloid is when the skin grows too much after an injury has healed. They may feel itchy or painful. You could use silicone sheets or gel over the wound to stop it from growing back. Additionally, ask your physician about corticosteroid injections which can help flatten the keloid.
