It could be a cyst used as a fluid-filled sack. It might pop up in your chair when you sit down and put pressure to take the test. The cyst is common and usually goes away on its own, but if it bothers you, you can soothe it by gently applying heat or seeing a gynecologist.

norethindrone acetate 5 mg is safe to take to delay periods, what should be the dosage
Female | 43
Taking a pill with 5 milligrams of norethindrone acetate 3 times a day is a good way to delay your period. You’re supposed to start 3 days before the expected date of your menstruation. For most people it is safe but they might have to put up with some side effects such as headaches or feeling sick in their stomach. If this medication raises any worries or one has serious symptoms then a gynecologist should be consulted immediately.

I had unprotected sex with my partner like 2 times in a interval of 8 days and both time ipill was taken not sure if I ejaculated my partner had thyroid but it’s normal earlier she used to not have periods for months because of thyroid now the dates are 18 and 25 Aug yet no periods and she’s on meprate medications too yet no sign
Male | Diana
Hormonal and thyroid issues may have caused the missed periods. Emergency contraception may also have played a role. Stress and anxiety may also influence the menstrual cycle. There is no doubt about that. The best course of action now is to wait a while longer. If the period still does not come, it is advisable to do a pregnancy test and discuss the situation further with a gynecologist.

Is it normal to get period every week ?
Female | 20
Getting periods every week isn't typical. Menstruating more than monthly signals something unusual. It could mean hormonal imbalances, uterine issues, or other health concerns. To identify causes and receive proper care, consulting a gynecologist becomes necessary.

I went to the hospital today to get an abortion. Some tests were done and I turned to have an infection so I was given the take home mifepristone and misoprostol for the termination of pregnant to administer them at home. Also I was given 7 tablets of metronidazole which I took when I got home. I'm asking if I can still take the mifepristone tonight at 10 without any complications?
Female | 27
Metronidazole can lead to some side effects when it interacts with mifepristone. It is preferable to complete your metronidazole treatment before starting the mifepristone regimen. Such action shall help avert any probable complications. If you have any doubts or notice any strange symptoms, tell your gynecologist.

Irregular periods mean that the time between your periods or the amount of blood you menstruate varies each month. This could be due to hormonal changes, stress, weight fluctuations, or certain medical conditions. Don't worry! Good nutrition, regular exercise, and effective stress management can help. If you're concerned, visit a gynecologist for a check-up.

Your period should come within a few weeks. But until then try to relax more often than not, eat balanced meals every day, exercise regularly, and manage stress. If it doesn’t show up when expected then it might be a good idea for you to see a gynecologist for a check-up.

after having sex in the morning and noticed little blood in the evening and blood in the following morning with no pain or cramps what does it mean
Female | 21
If you see a bit of blood at night and more in the morning with no pain or cramps, it could mean a few things. One reason might be a tiny tear in the vagina or cervix from sex. This sometimes causes slight bleeding. It could also come from hormone changes or a cervical growth. To be safe, it's important to talk to a gynecologist.

Maam I'm 7 weeks pregnant, l had consumed hing in pomogranate seed size, is it danger or I will det miscarriage? I am afraid of tat plz reply to me
Female | 20
Consuming asafoetida, even in pomegranate seed size, is generally safe during pregnancy. It's a little bit impossible to miscarry this one. In case you feel strange such as having intense belly pains, a lot of blood including stains, or giddiness, you must seek help from your health doctor. Seek peace and avoid being too anxious. Your body is strong and small amounts of asafoetida can be tolerated. A balanced diet and your doctor's advice for a healthy pregnancy are still the things you should remember.

My last period was on 26 th April and I have sex on 8th May after that I got little bleed now I am very scared , I don't if I got pregnant or not as I don't want, and I am on no medication
Female | 27
The spotting you had can be from implantation bleeding- when a fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterus wall. It sometimes results in light bleeding which is mistaken for a period. Take a home pregnancy test just to be sure. You can purchase it from a drugstore and follow the instructions. It’s the easiest way to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. If you are still not sure, visit a gynecologist.

Female | 22
Constant bleeding can disrupt things. The injection and Parlodel were prescribed to help stop the flow. However, it may need some time for the bleeding to decrease. If a full week goes by without improvement, reach out to your gynecologist again. They might suggest different meds or procedures to manage the bleeding better.

Hlw mam period me sex ke baad ladki pregnant hoti hain ?
Male | 24
Menstruation, the process under which a girl loses an egg that hasn't been fecundated by sperm, is the typical cause of her having her period. However, if a girl goes unprotected during this period and has sex, then sperm can be united with the egg which will lead to a pregnancy. Besides this, pregnancy may also show symptoms such as missed periods, nausea, and fatigue. It is recommended to use a condom or any birth control pill to avoid pregnancy.

I am 19 years old my vagina is itching worsely since 12 days what should i do to make it stop
Female | 19
It may happen because of a yeast infection or irritation from soap or tight clothes. In some cases, it could also indicate a sexually transmitted disease. In order to relieve yourself from this itching sensation apply normal water while cleaning the area, put on loose cotton underwear, and stay away from scented substances. Make sure you consult a gynecologist if it doesn't go away.
