Your left ear was blocked when you had a cold. It can be the case when you have a cold that the tube linking your ear and throat becomes swollen, and consequently, your ear feels blocked. To help eliminate it, you can yawn, chew gum, or apply a warm cloth to your ear. If it doesn't get better, talk to an ENT specialist.

Though it's a good thing you got your ear syringed, the ear still crackles which is totally normal. Occasionally, the sensation will last a little while after the procedure. Ear crackling could be the result of the presence of fluid in the middle ear or what is called Eustachian tube dysfunction. Sometimes, you can make yawning or chewing gum movements to relieve the discomfort. If it doesn't get better, see your ENT doctor for more advice.

I am a 15 year old male and for the past 2 or 3 days I have had pain in my left semi-outwards upper ear. It feels sort-of like a bump and doesn't constantly hurt but hurts more if moved or touched (finger, airpod, etc.).
