I am 17 years old male and I cannot retract my foreskin as my glans is connected to my foreskin via what looks like a wire made of flesh. I am uncircumcised
Male | 17
Your case seems to fit a "phimosis" diagnosis. Phimosis happens when it is impossible to draw the foreskin back over the head of the penis smoothly because it is too narrow. This can occur if the skin is fused to the tip of the penis by a strip of tissue. It might cause pain or some problems while urination. The treatment is typically with a prescription cream and sometimes a minor surgery. It is recommended to consult a urologist about the alternatives.

Blood in urine requires medical evaluation - promptly see a urologist. Testing, like urine analysis or ultrasound, identifies causes. After my running and workouts I am going to pee my urin mix with blood
పురుషుడు | 27
Sometimes blood appears in your pee after running or working out. This is exercise-induced hematuria. During exercise, the bladder gets bumped around and tiny blood vessels rupture, releasing blood into urine. To stop this, drink plenty of fluids beforehand and take it easier during your workout routine. If it keeps happening or worsens, see a urologist.

The results from the semen analysis show some areas that need attention. The volume and alkaline reaction appear normal, but there are pus cells present, which could signify an infection. The sperm motility is a bit lower than desired, potentially affecting fertility. It's crucial to address any infections and review lifestyle factors influencing sperm health. Be sure to follow up with a urologist for further guidance and recommendations.

Male | 15
It is common for one testicle to be larger than the other because they might not always grow to the same size. Usually, this does not cause any problems or need for treatment. Hello I had tried to retract my foreskin and it was successful without any problem but then I was not able to get it back to it's normal position and I had to see the local surgeon after three days. They punctured the skin area where I got swelling and I am now ok but they also suggested for circumcision. Is it really necessary because I don't want to get circumcised I found out that it decreases the sexual pleasure(is it true? ). Is there any way that i am able to retract and put the foreskin back to it's normal position having any problems like paraphimosis again. I am 17 year old but I am worried about circumcision and I still want it not to happen. Please give me some other ways to counter both problems 1. Not getting circumcised 2. Not getting paraphimosis again
Male | 17
You need to see a urologist who can refer you for appropriate treatment. Circumcision can be recommended in some cases of recurrent paraphimosis, but not always. There are other treatments like topical medicines and stretching exercises that can be used as preventive measures to occurrence of paraphimosis. Circumcision does not lower sexual gratification and everyone's experience can be different. Consulting a urologist with expertise in foreskin issues will give you more details and proper prescriptions.
