Should I worry about irregular menstrual bleeding?
One week after my periods ended, I experienced slight bleeding early in the morning when I went to the washroom. After that, there was no bleeding for the rest of the day. Then, one week after my next period ended, I had the same slight bleeding again, only in the morning, and then nothing for the rest of the day. Should I be worried about this? My period cycle is usually 28 days, and my periods last for 4-5 days. I have migraines, so I take paracetamol tablets for headaches, and I took them during my periods as well, but only for headaches. I don't do any physical exercise, just meditation, because I overthink a lot and take a lot of stress. Please tell me, is this a serious problem? And if it is, how can it be fixed?
