You have premature ejaculation. It is the time you cum too fast while having sex. It can arise from stress, anxiety, or low experience. Try to be calm and act gradually. You may also want to change positions or discuss it with your partner. It is normal to have this problem and you can learn how to control it.

I am 19 years old and have been masturbating for the past 4-5 years. I tried to quit several times but couldn't due to disturbances in my studies. Now, I want to quit and be healthy for marriage, both physically and sexually. Please guide me as I cannot talk to a doctor face to face.

Masturbation is normal, and many people do it. However, if you feel it's becoming too much, try distracting yourself. Exercise and hobbies can help. Sometimes, losing control can come from stress or boredom, so finding ways to manage those feelings is important. Getting enough sleep, eating well, and talking to someone you trust can also make a difference. If needed, don't hesitate to seek help.

What are the chances that I could have HIV here. I am male and had sex with a woman around a month ago. Halfway through the condom slipped off and I only noticed two minutes after. She assured me she has only slept with one other person but I am not sure if she knows the other person’s health status. I also had some of her vaginal secretions on my finger and forgot that I had yet to wash my hands after and picked my nose, which was a little crusted over because I had a bit of a bloody nose from earlier in the day. The next day she told me that she felt like she had the flu but I felt fine, but the day after that I felt a bit fatigued. The fatigue got better but did not completely wear off after three days, but by then I was on vacation so I drank alcohol for 4 days straight. After those 4 days, I fully felt like I had the flu. I did not feel like I had a fever but I was coughing heavily, my body was really achey, and l had a sore throat. This got better after 4 days, and I suspect I passed this flu onto two of my friends. I say suspect because I am not sure if these are acute symptoms vs the actual flu. The following two weeks after most of my symptoms were gone I felt better but would get random pangs of fatigue occasionally that would be gone after a couple of hours. Additionally, I may have never noticed this before but I could palpate my submandibular glands (which I am not sure if this has always been the case and I just have not noticed), but they don’t feel swollen and feel very normal. I have no swollen lymph nodes I think, but my tongue has become slightly more white than usual, and I had a tiny ulcer on it. This occurred around 2 weeks after recovering from the flu. I don’t think it’s oral thrush because I can’t wipe it off and it doesn’t hurt at all, and it sort of just looks like all my other friends’ tongues, but nonetheless I think it is a bit whiter than usual. I started scraping at my tongue with my nails here and there and could see some white residue occasionally, and I think I have some lie bumps on the tip of my tongue that developed 3 weeks after I recovered from the flu. Last thing is, I have been drinking pretty heavily during the weekends for a while. The only three symptoms I still see now is a slightly whiter than usual tongue that gets a bit better when I exercise or brush my tongue, the new lie bumps, and palpable yet not swollen submandibular glands. What are the chances these are actual acute symptoms vs me just being paranoid (I will be testing myself in the following week - have been waiting so that the test results will be accurate)

Male | 23

Considering the chance of getting HIV from having unprotected sex is important. For instance, the symptoms such as tiredness, flulike symptoms, white coated tongue as well as lie bumps which you explained could mean several things and not necessarily that someone has been infected with this virus. It’s good that you intend to go for testing; that way one can never be too sure unless they get checked for it.

Hello, your problem of erectile dysfunction and pre-mature ejaculation are most commonly occurring in all ages of men, fortunately these both have high recovery rates through ayurvedic medications.

I am explaining briefly about erectile dysfunction and pre-mature ejaculation so that it takes fear out of you.

In erectile dysfunction, men are not able to get or keep an erection that is sufficient to have penetrative sex. In premature ejaculation men come out Very fast, men gets discharged either before penetration or immediately after penetration, they hardly get some strokes, so the female partner remains unsatisfied.

This may be due to so many factors like High cholesterol, High blood pressure,
Diabetes, excessive masturbation, excessive porn watching, nerves weakness,
Obesity, thyroid, heart problem, alcohol, Tobacco use, Sleep disorders, Low testosterone, tension, stress etc.

These problems of erectile dysfunction and pre-mature ejaculation are very much treatable.
I am suggesting you some ayurvedic medicines.

Take Aswagandhadi churan half teaspoon in the morning & in the night.

Take Capsule SHILAJIT one in the morning and one in the night,

Take tablet manmath Ras one in the morning and one in the night.

Take tablet Pushp dhanva Ras one in the morning and one in the night. And take tablet Sidh makardhwaj Vati with gold, one in the morning and one in the night after food.

All the above preferably with hot milk or with water

Also apply and message Shri Gopal tail on your penis three times a week for 2 to 4 minutes.

Avoid junk food, oily and spicier food, alcohol, tobacco, tension and anxiety.

Start doing brisk walk or running or cardio exercises for at least 30 min a day. Start doing yoga, pranayama, meditation, Vajroli mudra. Ashwini mudra, kegel exercise for at least 30 min a day.

Start taking hot milk twice a day.

2-3 dates in the morning and in the night with milk.

Do all the above suggested treatment for 3 months and see the results.

If you don't get satisfactory results then please go to your family doctor or a good sexologist.

I always put a dildo in my pussy and my pussy turns out white

Male | 13

The discharge from your vagina is quite normal and it could turn white. The material used in making the dildo might irritate your vagina hence this. When you see some itching, redness or strange smell together with the white discharge, be sure that you have an infection. To prevent this from happening again, ensure that you always clean your toy before and after using it and also make sure that it is made of a smooth body safe material.

I was doing sex with a sex workers and my condom teared and dont know on time and had sex with teared condom how many chances of me getting hiv and how i can aviid it ☠️

Male | 21

Having sexual intercourse with an HIV-infected partner without condoms is risky and may result in HIV infection. If you have had sexual intercourse with a sex worker and the condom has torn, you should test for HIV as well as other STIs as soon as possible.
