Sir my name is Hossain my age is 32. I am married. I got married in 2012. I have been having sexual problems since marriage. I have seen many doctors but the problem has not been solved.My problem is that the penis is small hard like 3 inches. And after having sex it ejaculates within 30 seconds. If I want to stop ejaculation during sex the penis becomes limp and not hard. I have less desire to have sex. Now what should I do I live in Saudi. I would like to meet you in your chamber.
