Dear user, we are aware of following clinical treatments as far as fair skin tone is concerned, and they are:
- Chemical peel (Rs. 1,800-5,500): a mixture of alpha-hydroxy acid will be applied to your skin, which will exfoliate the damaged upper layers and eliminate the melanin build up, this concentrate can be light, medium or deep strength, and will reduce blemishes, dark spots and uneven skin tone as well.
- Laser (Rs. 4,000-30,000): This procedure makes use of a concentrated light beam to minimize melanin content within your skin. Which thus makes your skin appear healthier and brighter than before, it will also reduce tanning as well as dark spots.
- Injections (Rs. 6,000-40,000): Detoxify the body, serve as a protective shield against the harmful UV rays of sun, and enhance skin tone. But it will contain a dosage of glutathione however, which can be unsafe and have severe side effects as well.
- Skin whitening cream products (Rs. 200-20,000): You will find a wide range of creams with bleaching properties to choose from. These are good for instant gratification but won't deliver long lasting results nor have skin deep impact. Some creams use steroids and retinoic acid from vitamin A, some use kojic acid, and some use hydroquinone.

So about a week ago i was prescribed some antibiotics for my UTI. He also prescribed me fluconazole in case the antibiotics he gave caused a yeast infection. I kinda noticed the antibiotics wasn’t helping bc it was still hurting when i urinate and during sexual intercourse along with it still being red down there and so i took the fluconazole last night and a few before i took it i noticed like 3 red bump like things in the left side crease of my private, i was bit scared of what it might be, i woke up it didn’t look as bad but there was a few more. it has been itching bc of the yeast infect and it hasn’t been itching these past two days but im a little nervous on what the little bumps could be. could it maybe be from the yeast infection or sweat bumps or what

Antifungal shampoos containing Ketoconazole, Ciclopirox, selenium sulphide can help treat the dandruff. If it is severe, oral antifungals are also prescribed for a short duration. Salicylic acid, coal tar shampoos are also prescribed in case of excess flakiness of scalp. Hair fall may be due to dandruff, nutritional deficiencies, stress or due to genetic factors. It is recommended to visit a dermatologist who can diagnose the cause of hairfall and may suggest treatment accordingly. Trichoscopy of the scalp may help in understanding the nature of the scalp and condition. Nutritional supplements, Capixyl containing serum, Minoxidil solution, oral supplements containing vitamin and minerals are prescribed by the dermatologist to treat the hair loss. Change in hair colour in beard and scalp may be due to nutritional deficiencies or strong hair colours or genetic causes. Dermatologist’s help may be needed to treat the same.
