Suffering to irregular Periods problem

Answered by Dr. Swapna Chekuri

Your menstrual cycle arrives inconsistently, lacking a regular monthly pattern. Girls often experience this when beginning menstruation and before menopause. Stress, weight fluctuations, or hormonal imbalances sometimes trigger irregularity. An unhealthy lifestyle may contribute too. Maintaining a balanced diet, exercise routine, and stress management could help regulate your cycle. However, if irregularity persists, consulting a gynecologist is advisable.

Fist time sex kiya uskay baad thori thori bleeding horahi hy Ye kab tak rahay gee ye normal hy

Female | 24

Aap ka concern samajhna zaroori hai. Pehli baar intimate relation ke baad halki bleeding aam tor par mukhtalif wajah se hoti hai, jese ke vaginal tissue ke khichne ya injury ke karan. Ye aam tor par kuch din tak chal sakti hai. Agar bleeding zyada, dard ya dusre unusual lagne wale symptoms hain, to doctor se mashwara lena behtar hoga. Ek gynecologist aap ki achi tarah guide kar sakta hai aur koi bhi necessary tests kar sakta hai.

Good day. My period is 4 days, I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago. I don’t have any pregnancy symptoms. I’ve also been stressed these past couple of days

Female | 18

Feeling anxious is understandable. Sometimes stress impacts your menstrual cycle, causing delays or irregularities. If you haven't experienced pregnancy indicators and it's only been a fortnight since unprotected intimacy, detecting pregnancy might be premature.

Hi good day .. my last period was Jan 26th 2024, I usually get my period every 27-28 days, so I’m late and now I’ve been spotting these past few days.. brown spots to be exact, which I saw online that is sometimes implantation bleeding.. is that possible? I also took a test on Thursday and it said negative.. is it possible that’s a false negative

Female | 27

A brown spotting might be a sign of implantation bleeding, but it is hard to definitively identify without a medical examination. Please talk to your gynecologist

I had unprotected sex 5 times continuously and it’s been a week and my periods date is in 4 days how do I prevent pregnancy if I don’t get my periods

Female | 18

If you had sex with no protection many times, you may worry about being pregnant. There is a choice called emergency birth control. It can stop pregnancy if you take it soon after unsafe sex. Some signs of pregnancy are no period, feeling sick, and being tired. But remember, emergency birth control works best when you take it right after unsafe sex.

I am a 24 year old female. I was on depo for 2 years. Last shot expired in April. I had unprotected sex in August, less than a week after my period. Took a morning after pill next morning. One week later i had my period again which lasted 3 days with lots of cramping. Three days after i started feeling nauseated and having an upset stomach. Could i be pregnant

Female | 24

Based on what you've told me, the chances of you being pregnant are slim. The emergency contraceptive pill is effective if taken shortly after unprotected sex. Women can experience nausea and abdominal discomfort as side effects of the pill, which do not necessarily imply that they are pregnant.

My daughter is 12 month old i am giving her breast feeding but she is hurting my nipple very bedly can I stop giving her breast milk I stopped one side breast milk

Female | 28

If you've decided to stop breastfeeding from one side, then it's best to gradually decrease breastfeeding sessions to prevent breast engorgement and discomfort. Ultimately, the decision to continue or stop breastfeeding is a personal one. It's essential to prioritize both your comfort and your daughter's nutritional needs while considering your own situation and preferences.
