It looks like you have a nasal fracture or a deviated septum. I suggest that you see an ENT specialist for a complete evaluation. They can assess the degree of the injury and administer the right treatment. It is vital that we do not ignore any nose injury as it may result in long term complications if left untreated.

Hey doc! I was bitten by a street dog 6 years ago and doctors advised me to have 3 doses of ARV which I followed,I also searched for that dog that time but I couldn't found him . Now I have read that 5 doses are must, so I am stressing out from the fact that due to this incomplete vaccination I may contract rabies in future. Kindly help it's stressing me out
Male | 21
Your worry about the dog bite is understandable. However, you needn't fret excessively. Though rabies is grave, your three ARV doses safeguarded you adequately. Remain vigilant for symptoms such as fever, headaches, and hydrophobia. Should any symptoms appear, promptly consult a doctor.

I have pressure in my ears
Female | 31
Having your ears feel pressurized is uncomfortable. Ear pressure comes from colds, allergies, sinus infections, or altitude changes. You're on an airplane, and everything feels blocked up. To ease pressure, try these tricks: yawning, chewing gum, holding your nose and swallowing gently. But if pressure persists or worsens, see an ENT specialist promptly.

In December 2021 I had accidentally caught my finger in a window and had rushed to the doctors then I had gotten a K wire surgery as i had a dislocated bone on my finger . the bandage was on my finger for about 4 weeks then it was open then after a while in the middle of 2022 I noticed some pus coming from it I ignored it for a while then in 2023 I went to a doctor in india and her gave me a tube to put in that area so did the doctor in dubai but the thing is that even if i put regularly I don't see any changes please recommend me something
Female | 13
From the symptoms you have shared it seems that you are suffering from an infection in your finger after the K wire operation. It is of utmost necessity to have a consultation with an orthopedist surgeon at the earliest. They will be able to evaluate your finger and suggest a cure for the disease, which can take the forms of antibiotics or surgery, if required.

You can use a warm cloth on the affected ear, take an over-the- counter pain reliever, and avoid putting anything inside of your ear. The best thing is to periodically visit an ENT professional immediately after the symptoms set in for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Vertigo due to indigetion

Dizziness or spinning sensations are vertigo's symptoms. Indigestion sometimes triggers vertigo. The room appears spinning, though stationary. Stomach upsets disrupt inner ear balance. To relieve vertigo, consume smaller portions, avoid spicy cuisine, and hydrate adequately. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor for guidance.

I am suffering from blockage of nose from a month as one and a half month ago I got viral fever cold cough which is gone in 5-6 days but I am suffering from nose blockage difficulty in breathing I got it checked then came to know I was suffering from pneumonia and got the treatment for 15 days but still nose blockage and inflammation is still there I am using nasal spray too but I am not getting relief
Female | 44
You could well have nasal obstruction that was a result of your recent pneumonia. I could suggest the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist. In addition, despite these interventions, please do not forget to use the nasal spray as prescribed and indulge in activities that do not aggravate the obstruction of your sinus.

I moved to middle east 8 months ago for job, here i get pain in throat and sore throat every other month and it last 4-5 days each times not less than that, in 8 moths i have been sick for 7-8 times. I have never been sick this much in my country ( i.e. Pakistan). Why this is happening is there something serious? Should i be worried?
Male | 32
Moving to a new country with different environmental factors can expose you to various health challenges. Recurring throat pain and sore throat may be due to climate change, allergens, or stress. While it's common to experience more illnesses during initial adjustments, it's essential not to ignore persistent symptoms.
