Tinnitus makes you hear noises when there isn't one nearby. A constant headache combined with buzzing sounds could signal stress or loud noise exposure. High blood pressure could also cause it. Relax, avoid loud noises, get plenty of rest. If it persists, see an ENT specialist to identify any other reasons.

Sinus infections are typically treated by resting, drinking a lot of water, and antibiotics if it is severe. Visit an ENT specialist for this. Remember to take care and also rest as much as you can.

I am a 15 year old male and for the past 2 or 3 days I have had pain in my left semi-outwards upper ear. It feels sort-of like a bump and doesn't constantly hurt but hurts more if moved or touched (finger, airpod, etc.). It's not a sharp pain or anything, it has been more of a pressure-like pain at times. It's right below the surface and not in my inner ear. What might this be?

I have a pill lodged into my throat but I can breathe, and have tried many ways using water to get it out. Any suggestions?

You can try eating bananas or fat rich foods that can slide the pill down if it has gotten attached to any part of the throat. It is less likely to cause any major problems.
