I am a 24 year old female with no known health defects that I know of. Occasionally I suffer from a severe lower stomach cramp followed by severe constipation, followed by severe nausea (with throw up). One of these episodes lead me to faint. This normally happens when I'm on my period, and sometimes they don't. I am roughly 165 LBS and I'm 5'3. My diet isn't the best but it's not too shitty.
Female | 24
You look like you might be afflicted with a serious case of menstrual cycle cramps that can, in some cases, lead to constipation and nausea. Stress, as well as physical pain, can lead to a fainting spell. This pain, as well as stress, can't be relieved by following these symptoms. The symptoms can be reduced by keeping your body hydrated, eating food high in fiber, and using pain relievers similar to ibuprofen. What you want to do on your end is to get a proper consultation with the gynecologist to learn about alternative reasons and treatments.

If u randomly have sexual arousal fluid as a female now and again in the day time after doing no sexual activity, do you need to wash yourself to stop risk of a uti?
Female | 18
If you are a woman who at times experiences “coital fluid” just during the day without engaging in sexual activity, it is recommended that you keep decent hygiene. Cleanliness of the genital area with simple water could reduce the risk of UTI. If any of your problems or the symptoms relapse, you should consult a gynecologist for further examination and recommendation.

I'm 4 days late for my periods. I had protected sex on 13th Jan and we also used the pulled out method even after wearing a condom. I'm experience no signs of pregnancy and I had 3 negative tests in past 3 days I've been experiencing very low intensity cramps for past 2 days. I drank last night and also tried many home remedies to bring my periods early like massages, exercises and yoga. What are the chances that I still might be pregnant?
Female | 19
With protected intimacy and negative tests, pregnancy risk appears minimal. Mild cramps can stem from various factors like imminent periods or hormonal shifts. Prudent to avoid alcohol if pregnancy suspected. Stay observant of symptoms; if concerned, consult a gynecologist for guidance.

Hi my name is Angela I am a 20 year old female and I have a question about my period and if this may be a sign of endometriosis .
Female | 20
Menstrual pain could be a usual occurrence but if it is too severe or if you are having pain during sex or when urinating, it could be a sign of endometriosis. This is when tissue such as the lining of your uterus grows outside the uterus. Treatment may be medication or surgery. It is better to consult a gynecologist for the right prescription.

I am having pcod. I had IUI on 8th May. Doctor suggested progesterone for 15 days. I am on my progesterone dose and very light spotting.
Female | 27
PCOS causes not only problems with menstruation but also with ovulation, and anovulation, as it happens. When you're on progesterone therapy, you can get spotting due to hormone level instability. Spotting is a common sign of changes in the female body but usually is physiological. Except in rare cases, spotting during progesterone treatment is not a big deal but you must continue to follow all the prescriptions and keep your psychiatrist informed as well.

Female | 27
You possibly have a sexually transmitted disease called genital herpes. They can cause sores that seem like smallpox in the vaginal area and can be quite painful. It can be painful when you touch the area or when you pee. The main causes of genital herpes are different viruses that can usually present themselves through sexual interactions. The most effective way to handle genital herpes is taking antiviral medication as instructed by the doctor. It is just as crucial to refrain from sexual activity until the sores have dried out to avoid passing the virus to others. The solution for genital herpes is to seek a gynecologist who will correctly diagnose and treat you.

I'm having spotting today..I had sex with my partner..but he didn't insert his penis...the semen was spread outside..so in doubt I took ginger and papaya leaf..I'm also a hypothyroidism patient..is it a sign of pregnancy...and if so is it safe to take i-pill
Female | 20
Women may experience light spotting after sex, especially if their period is approaching. This is normal and not always a sign of pregnancy. Irregular periods can also be caused by mental health issues linked to hypothyroidism. While ginger and papaya are commonly used herbs, they are not reliable for preventing pregnancy. If you're worried about pregnancy, you can consider taking an emergency pill like the i-pill.
