What causes vomiting and urinary discomfort after drinking water?

Vomiting continuously after consuming water, even small sips. Slight pain similar to holding in urination but I'm sitting on toilet with no urination discharge. But I do urinate when I feel the need to urinate but no pain until I sit or lye down like I was holding it again

These symptoms can be involved in urinary tract infections or kidney stones. It is necessary to go see a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and sufficient treatment. Water consumption as well as caffeine and alcohol avoidance also contributes to reducing symptoms.

Hello, a few months ago I had an episode where I was sitting to urinate, and then all of the sudden when I initiated my stream, I felt and heard the urine go backwards. After the incident, my perenium and the area around my anus were red and swollen. I want to know how this leakage occured? I recently had trauma to my urethra. I’m scared. As I have been dealing with this for awhile, and I have become sick.

In relation to your symptoms, it is likely that you have a urinary incontinence. Consulting a urologist with physical examinations and diagnostic testing to establish the underlying cause is essential. According to the diagnosis, treatment can be conducted in form of medications, pelvic floor exercises or surgery.

I want to know about phimosis

Male | 23

Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin on a boy's penis becomes too tight and won't retract. It can make urinating tricky, trigger swelling, or cause pain. Usually, it stems from the foreskin failing to stretch properly during growth. Often, circumcision solves it – that's a simple surgery removing the overly-snug foreskin. Getting medical help is crucial if you or someone you care about faces these issues.

When it comes to sexually transmitted infections (STIs), the bacteria might not be fully eliminated by antibiotics. Having a test could identify the right medication needed. Visit a urologist as they can help you with proper treatment plan. In some situations, a more potent antibiotic or combining different treatment becomes necessary to clear the infection completely. But don't forget, practicing safe sex is crucial for preventing future infections.

This might be a case of UTI. The patient should be taken to see a urologist or other general practitioner for proper diagnosis and treatment. Another thing that might give some relief is drinking a lot of water and avoiding irritants like caffeine and alcohol.
