Symptoms that a liver is not working properly are the following: patients get worn out, have yellow skin or eyes, and also experience tummy pain. Can i take liver syrup with plant protein
Male | 27
The liver syrup is so not good for your liver, it's grueling to eat a vegetable-high protein bar together with it. There is no particular interaction between liver syrup and plant-based protein, so, in most cases, it is safe to take them together. The liver syrup usually provides liver support, but the plant protein contains the essential nutrients. Also, the responses of the people are different. You could remedy your issues by consuming smaller amounts or taking them at other times when you feel digestive system hassle or tiredness that you don't know the reason for. Your health and safety should always come first; you can go a step further and book an appointment with your doctor for personal guidance if you are still unsure.
