you should avoid wearing a push-up Bra for around 3-4 months after breast augmentation.
As wearing an underwire bra may irritate the surgical incision and produce more friction and pain in the location, causing noticeable scarring and discomfort.
Sometimes, patients lose sensation because the push-up Bra cannot provide the support their healing breasts need.
