Ear wax removal causing minor bleeding and pain?
When I remove the ear wax, there is a small blood, is there any problem, there is a small pain

Your ear has soft skin inside. You may bleed a bit when cleaning. Don't worry, it's normal. You likely scratched the delicate inner skin. This scratch also causes the slight pain. But don't push objects too far into your ear. That's when bleeding becomes concerning. If bleeding persists, see an ENT specialist.

I understand your concern about your son's adenotonsils and ear infection. The tonsils could be causing his ear pain since they are close by in the throat. To help with the pain, you can give him acetaminophen (PCM). Make sure he continues the prescribed medications, drinks plenty of fluids, gets enough rest, and eats soft, cool foods to soothe his throat. If his symptoms don’t improve or worsen, please see the doctor again for further tests.
