Why do I have burning pee for 15 days?
Burning sensation while peeing since 15 days
Urologist
Answered on 16th Dec '24
Common causes are urinary tract infections, irritation, or any other issues which are underneath. Usual symptoms are the urge to urinate frequently, cloudy urine, and discomfort in the lower abdomen. To get rid of your disturbing symptoms, try to drink water, think about the possibility of some irritants that you can avoid such as caffeine or spicy foods, and finally, monitor your symptoms. However, it has been two weeks of persistence in this regard, so I suggest you consult an urologist for further advice.

I am having hematuria since last night . Iam diagnosed with kidney stone last year . Is hematuria due to kidney stone but I am not experiencing any pain .
Female | 20
Hematuria, the existence of blood in urination, can occur in the presence of kidney stones. The presence of blood could mean that the stone is being moved or continues to cause some discomfort, even if you don't feel pain. Other symptoms include back or side pain, frequent urination, or cloudy urine in the case of kidney stones. The most effective way to prevent stones from passing through is by taking a lot of water, but if you are still bleeding or have more symptoms, visit a urologist.

Experiencing constant peeing sensation and slight pain
Female | 23
It looks like you may have an infection in your urinary tract. Signs are peeing often and feeling some pain. To help, drink lots of water, don't hold your pee, and have cranberry juice. If no better, it's key to see a urologist who can give you medicine to fix it.

Can teratozoospemia be treated with sperm motility being 4%
Male | 30
With teratozoospermia (abnormal sperm shapes) and a low sperm motility of 4%, it's essential to consult a fertility specialist or urologist experienced in male infertility. Treatment options depend on the underlying causes. Possibilities include lifestyle changes, medications, assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI, and in some cases, surgical interventions.

Foreskin of Penis not retracting back
Male | 43
Sometimes the skin covering the penis can get tight. We call this phimosis. With this, pulling back the foreskin feels very hard. It makes cleaning difficult. And during an erection, it can hurt. To help, gently stretch the skin when bathing in warm water. But if this doesn't fix things, see a urologist.

I have a itching problem on my dick what's it s the problem of that
Male | 18
Multiple factors can cause your penis to itch. One of the common reasons for that is a kind of yeast called thrush. This can be induced by the area being kept warm and moist. Other reasons could occur due to irritation from chemicals in products or allergic reactions. Keeping the area clean and dry can assist. Over-the-counter antifungal creams can also be of great help. As the itch persists, it's advised to go to a urologist who will make a proper assessment and treatment.

Male | 25
Your son's coronal hypospadias needs attention. The urethra's opening isn't where it should be. Urinating can be tricky. Surgery repositions the opening correctly. A urologist will check your son. They offer treatment options. The surgery helps the penis work better. It's an important step to take.

Good evening, male, 47 y/o. For about 30 years I have been suffering from pelvic pain that arises ONLY a few hours after ejaculation. The pain originates precisely at the base of the scrotum and extends over hours to the entire scrotum and sometimes to the shaft of the penis. It arises as an itch, then a pinch, then grows in intensity until it becomes aching with a strong sense of heat accompanied by pronounced relaxation of the scrotum. Ice and (sometimes) supine position are the only things that provide temporary relief. I should add that prolonged abstinence has always given me discomfort and sensation of urinary urgency, which disappears with orgasm. Until two years ago the pain disappeared with sleep at night, so I only had regular sexual activity before going to sleep, and in this way I had a normal sex life and children. Then it began to occur EVEN THE NEXT DAY starting around noon and escalating into the evening, then (usually) disappearing the next morning. Over the years I have consulted several urologists. In 2001 the first transrectal ultrasound (all negative). Recent worsening of symptoms (i.e., their persistence even the next day) prompted me to confront other urologists, who were unable to help me. Prescribed spermioculture and Stamey test (all negative), prostate echo normal (some calcification). For the past two years I have been taking prostate supplements, anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxants, PEA etc without success. I tried acupuncture, ozone therapy, craniosacral osteopathy, TENS, pelvic floor physiotherapy (identified and treated contracted "triggers"), without success. A neurologist hypothesized muscular causes possibly related to a tempomandibular dislocation (hypothesis ruled out by maxillofacial surgeon) and prescribed Mutabon Mite 2 cpp/day which I took for three months, without success. A psychologist specializing in chronic pain has suggested nociplastic (psychogenic) pain and is helping me to manage the distress this problem causes me, but unfortunately not to reduce it as I had hoped. Thanks to her, however, I was able to accurately track the point of origin and course of the pain (so-called "somatic tracking"). On the advice of the GP I went in February to the Niguarda Hospital Pain Therapy where, with hypothesis pudendal neuropathy, I was prescribed pelvic MRI (resulted adductor enthesopathies), lumbosacral MRI (resulted disc dehydration, asymptomatic), pelvic EMG (no abnormalities), physiatric examination (no abnormalities). I have follow-up visit in September to evaluate nerve block, but in light of the negative EMG I don't know what they will say. In the meantime I have been prescribed Pregabalin 25+25 and then 50+50, which makes me sleep very well but has no effect on the disorder, so I will insist a little longer and then I think I will discontinue. I am very frustrated, I am asking if anyone reading me has any idea, if not of a treatment, at least of a diagnosis that I've never been given. Thank you.
Male | 47
The pain you experience in your penis and scrotum after ejaculation is understandably uncomfortable. You've consulted many doctors and tried various treatments, but the cause of your pain remains elusive. Your proactive approach to seeking help and trying different therapies is commendable. While doctors are considering possibilities such as pudendal neuropathy, a clear diagnosis has yet to be made. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a definite diagnosis or solution at this moment, but you must continue to follow up with your urologists.

I have a tingling feeling in my penis tip for past 2 days there is no pain but i feel so uncomfortable and i am unable to sleep. I was diagnosed from kidney stone few years back.
Male | 27
This could have something to do with the kidney stone problem you had before. Kidney stones can irritate nerves due to reasons not clearly understood by researchers. One way you can make yourself feel better is by drinking a lot of water because this will help to get rid of any toxins that might have been left in the body after the stones were removed. But if these feelings don't go away or they become more intense, then I advise that you see a urologist.

You seem to have priapism, meaning blood stays trapped in your penis, resulting in a prolonged erection. This happens without sexual stimulation and can hurt. Possible causes are medications, blood clotting issues, or illegal drugs. If priapism occurs, immediately visit a urologist to prevent permanent damage.

You feel discomfort or pain in the lower part of your abdomen and testicles, it could be because of irritation or inflammation. It is not uncommon for this to happen to some guys sometimes. Make sure you take it easy and give yourself time to recover. If persists or gets even worse, it would be good for you to consult a urologist thus getting more guidance.

Male | 49
UTIs which stand for urinary tract infections are a source of discomfort manifested as pain during urination, a constant urge to pee, and urine having a cloudy appearance. The infections occur when the bacteria invade the urinary system. Lcin 500 may be insufficient in treating the infection. Drinking ample water and visiting a doctor who can prescribe you the right medicine that will help you get back to normal can do this.

I'm 22 years old male, 10 months there is a sudden uncomfort in my scrotum. That is my right testicle came slightly up than regular position And I immediately consulted urologist And he done with visual test And prescribed blood test, urine test and ultrasound. In every report everything came normal only. Doctor said nothing is there you no need to worry. After 1 week I visited again and doctor said you will be cure,I doubted and went to ultrasound for another time this time also everything is normal But the fact is my right testicle is slightly came up.than it's regular position Still it is up only If I sleep to my right or left I'm unable to sleep comfortably.. But before it happened I slept my left or right very comfortably But not now..
Male | 22
You have experienced some scrotum discomfort due to the right testicle being in a slightly different position than usual. The test results were normal, but it is still okay to worry. This change in the position of your testicle may be due to a muscle strain or a minor injury. It is vital to keep an eye on any changes and visit a urologist if the pain does not go away. Meanwhile, avoid activities that may worsen the discomfort and consider wearing supportive underwear for added comfort.

Urinary incontinence is a term used to describe a situation in which literature is released drop by drop without a patient's control. The reasons for this might be many, e.g. weakened bladder muscles, urinary tract infections, or nerve problems. It may get better by itself, but if it has been three days, you should consult a urologist. They can determine the problem and prescribe you the most effective treatment.
