A urinary tract infection is likely causing your pain when peeing. This occurs when bacteria enter your bladder, irritating it. You feel a burning when urinating. You may need to pee frequently and have pelvic discomfort. Drink lots of water to flush out bacteria. See a urologist who can prescribe antibiotics to treat the infection.

Hi, I’m various issues actually. I am a 19 year old male and I have been facing issues such as a varicocele in the scrotum of a grade 3. It has affected my left testicle to shrink and when I tried to ejaculate recently I wasn’t able to cum even though I tried.
