Why is One Testicle Enlarging?
One side testicles increase.
Urologist
Answered on 19th Dec '24
Naturally, it's possible for one testicle to change its size and shape. The most frequent reasons include the accumulation of fluids, infections, or varicocele, which is basically a swelling of veins. In this case, you might not feel pain, but you can have discomfort or swelling can also occur. The most important thing in this case is to check out any other symptoms that might accompany it, such as redness or fever. I suggest that you organize a checkup with a urologist for a thorough examination.

Why do I have so many blood clots after 2 months turp
Female | 62
Blood clots following a TURP procedure are troublesome. They occur due to the surgery itself or lack of movement afterward. Pain, swelling, or warmth in the area signal a blood clot. Tell your urologist immediately.

My right testicle is bigger than left testicle fron 3 to 5 days without pain.
Male | 17
While it is normal for one testicle to be a bit larger than the other, a sudden change whereby the right one is always bigger than the left one for a couple of days is worth taking notice of. Mention it even if there is no pain and it is okay. The causes of this condition may be something like an infection or fluid build-up.

I am 33 years of age. I have been having burning sensation in my penis for a while. It’s been coming and going. I had it last year but after medication it left but now it’s been coming and going
Male | 33
It could be related to a urinary tract infection, STI, irritation or inflammation of the urethra, or other underlying conditions. Since the sensation has been recurring, it's advisable to seek medical attention for evaluation and diagnosis. Visit or talk with your urologist for alternative treatment.

You may have symptoms of a bladder infection. Symptoms may include burning sensation or pain around the urethra when you urinate, frequent urination, and discomfort in the lower abdomen. These infections are generally caused by bacteria germs. An increase in water intake and antibiotic treatment prescribed by a doctor can be necessary to cure infections. Do not refrain from urinating when you feel the urge to, and you should not overstrain.

I found one small brown thing in my urine. I'm not sure what it is. It didn't feel hurt or anything. What should I do?
Female | 18
The brown speck might be from not drinking enough water recently or eating foods that change color. It could also signal a urinary tract infection. The best plan is to drink plenty of water for the next day or two. If the brown bits persist or you experience pain, consult a urologist.

Sir there is irritation in penis last 15 days
Male | 19
Experiencing penis irritation creates discomfort. Several issues may cause this, for example: irritants like soaps, lotions, and tight clothing rubbing. Wearing loose clothing and using mild soap helps. However, if irritation persists, consulting a urologist ensures proper treatment.

When I do, my urine feels like such a strange condition.on uretra. But when I pee i fell relax other no symptoms like pain bleeding Why does this happen? Is it a serious issue? There is no need for any medicine?, this is happening to me with three to four months am 22 unmarried girl
Female | 22
You might be experiencing urethral irritation, possibly due to an infection in the urethra, the tube that carries urine from the bladder. Even if you don't have pain or bleeding, it's important to see a doctor to find out the exact cause. It could be a urinary tract infection or something else. There are likely simple treatments or medications that can help relieve the discomfort. Book an appointment with a urologist to get it sorted out.

Good day, I am 44 yrs healthy male having reoccurring UTI since last 1 year.(8 times) First two infections the URine test showed positive infections but rest of them were negative. Doctor referred me for endoscopy where all results showed no abnormalities and I was prescribed APO-Tamsuloain 400 MCG. PSA test came normal and Ultra sound and blood test all came normal. Now yesterday again I had symptoms of UTI and I have been prescribed amoxicillin 500mg for 5 days and it has given me temporary relief. I go to the gym daily and have mild hypertension where I take reaptan 50mg daily. Please assist
Male | 45
The UTI's main symptoms are usually urinating often, having a burning sensation during urination, and having either cloudy or strong-smelling urine as well as pelvic pain. The fact that these are initiated by the entrance of bacteria into the urinary system thereby inducing inflammation could be cleared up using antibiotics like amoxicillin. Besides, drinking enough water, following a good hygiene regime, and discussing with a urologist whether there are possible underlying causes of your recurring UTIs such as any anatomical concerns or lifestyle habits that may be contributing are also essential.

Hi I'm chandan from India iam water intake 2 litere per day my urine output 24 hour 200 ml my urine output very low caln you solution my test report normal
Male | 43
A low output of urine of around 200ml in 24 hours is not considered normal. It may be due to dehydration, kidney problems, or medications. Additionally, try to consume three to four liters of water per day. Eat water pouches as fruits and vegetables in your diet. If the challenge is still the same, kindly consult a urologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Am unmarried girl 22 my uretra is red and excessive urination but other no symptoms .If it is uti ??then please tell me sachet and syrup to treat this disease
Female | 22
A urinary tract infection (UTI) sounds like what you may have. When it ends at the end of the urethra, it can be red and give off the urge to urinate frequently. A UTI is caused when bacteria travel to the urethra and the bladder. Treatment of the UTI would appropriately require the consumption of a sachet of antibiotics and a syrup that your urologist prescribes. Water is imperative for the body as well as not holding in urine. Don't forget to take all the medicine you have been prescribed to recover as soon as possible.

I have discharge very often My urethra is very swollen and sore It hurts very bad to pee stings i can feels the sores inside my urethra It hurts to slight squeeze too even jus sitting Has no smell The discharge color is yellowish but I’ve taken uti medicine(not antibiotics) since 24th and it’s made my pee reddish orange so I don’t know anymore
Male | 22
Your symptoms make it possible that you may be having a urinary tract infection (UTI). A urinary tract infection can cause symptoms as the emission of foul-smelling discharge, inflammation, and painful urination, and ulcers in the urethra. Yellowish discharge and reddish-orange pee could be an indication of an infection. Usually, antibiotics prescribed by a urologist are the first choice for the treatment of UTIs.

Having a question regarding the foreskin of penis. How can it remove back ?
Male | 20
In case the penis foreskin is one that’s too tight to be pulled back, then, it might be an indication of phimosis. You may also feel discomfort, swelling or even experience urination problems. This is a result of the foreskin where the opening is too tight. One way to solve the problem is to softly pull at the skin every day to make it more flexible. If nothing changes, it may be necessary to consult a urologist for further advice.

I am a 17 year old boy I've noticed I am releasing some 3-4 drops of semen while passing stool and creating pressure to poop come out after pressure why my semen come out it's happening very much like 2-3 in a week what to do I am very scared and it's very embarassing to ask parents is this normal?
Male | 17
What you're saying could be related to muscle contractions in the pelvic area, which happen during bowel movements and may also affect the closely located reproductive organs. It is not uncommon for your peers to experience this. Nonetheless, since it is severe and brings you torment, I want you to see a urologist who is capable of thoroughly examining your symptoms. They can issue you the correct diagnosis and clear doubts from your mind.

I noticed I had an infection,I took ampliclox..and I bath with salty water,I infact use salty water to rinse my penis... Now I notice it's swollen since two days ago
Male | 32
Balanitis seems likely, due to swollen irritation at the penis tip. Salty water or ampliclox antibiotics often cause this issue. Look for redness, swelling, and discomfort. Staying dry, and clean can help. But if the swelling won't go away, see a urologist promptly.
