Sir, I have overdosed on Viagra 100. Which has caused urinary problem. There is burning and pain. Drops of urine all the time and sometimes a little blood. I have done kidney ultrasound which is also clear. Blood test and urine test are also clear. But the pain and irritation are not going away.

Male | 39

Overdose of Viagra can result in serious urinary complication. Even if the reports are good, it can be some other underlying cause. Talk to a urologist they may recommend some other tests

Patient age -90,psa 149 to whom I can consult

Male | 90

For a 90-year-old with a PSA level of 149, consulting a urologist is crucial. This blood test measures prostate-specific antigen (PSA). High levels may indicate prostate issues, including cancer. Difficulty urinating and blood in urine are common symptoms.

Sir Mera penis uncercumcized hai nd uski wajah se mere ling ki lambai eract hone ke bad sirf 4inch hota hai nd jab flassid hota hai tab uski lambai 2.5 tak hoti hai, and mere premature ejaculation ki problem bhi hai Mai apne partner ke sath sambandh banate waqt kabhi kabhi sirf foreplay mai hi sperms bahar aajate hai, or agar kabhi sex kiya fo with in 1 min ke andar hi virya bahar aajate hai, aur mere partner ko satisfy karne ke liye 4 inch eract kafi hai?

Male | 22

Regarding the size, an erect penis of around 4 inches may be enough for some people, but it varies. Premature ejaculation can happen for various reasons. It's best to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice on both concerns. Communication about preferences and needs with your partner is also important for a healthy sexual relationship.

1 month ago my sperm color turned yellow, what is that condition, sometimes slight pain while urinating

Male | 26

Yellowish semen is also a symptom of health problems, including STDs, or prostate inflammation. Visiting a urologist or a reproductive specialist who can perform a thorough examination of any potential problems is recommended. Painful urination could be a sign of infection as well, that should be treated early, so you must visit doctor soon.

I am experiencing discomfort and pain in my left testicle for the past four weeks. The pain is mild and is mainly felt when I stand up from a lying position or remain stationary for an extended period. I visited a doctor initially, and he prescribed medication, which helped reduce the pain, but I still have lingering discomfort. The pain is localized to the left testicle and is not severe enough to affect my daily activities significantly. However, I have noticed that my left testicle hangs lower than the right one, and there is a slight difference in size between the two. The pain is manageable and does not interfere with my ability to function, but I am concerned about the lingering discomfort and the asymmetry between the testicles. I have tried using ice packs and over-the-counter pain relief ointments, but the relief is temporary. I have also been practicing self-care measures such as wearing supportive underwear and avoiding activities that aggravate the pain. Despite these efforts, the discomfort persists. I am seeking guidance on how to manage this condition effectively and whether there are any additional steps I can take to alleviate the pain and promote healing. I would appreciate your expertise and advice on how to address this issue and restore normalcy to my testicular health.

Itchy penis no rash Tingly feeling also

Male | 23

Several causes of itchy penis with a tingly feeling include yeast infection, sexually transmitted infections as well allergic reactions. It is therefore necessary to seek help of a urologist or dermatologist who can establish the underlying cause correctly and offer correct treatment. There is no need to wait as early intervention can forestall complications.

I have white spots on the shaft of my penis

Male | 31

They include Fordyce spots, yeast infection and sexually transmitted infections. A dermatologist or urologist should be visited for proper diagnosis and treatment. Do not engage in self-diagnosis or try to medicate yourself. This can make the condition worse

I found out that after urinating, sperm comes out but not regularly, and whenever am talking to a girl like in an existing mood I see my sperm leak, I don't know what is going on

Male | 26

It's normal for a clear fluid called pre-ejaculate to come out of the penis after urination or during arousal. This fluid can contain a small number of sperm and might be more noticeable when you're talking to a girl or feeling sexually aroused.
