How Can I Relieve Symptoms of Solar Urticaria?

I am having allergy from sun. Whenever I expose to sun I feel itchy in my whole body. It happened from 2022. I get red bumbs. I can even wear skinny clothes or clothes which aren't cotton. So I wear 2XL or 3XL size cotton tshirt. I went to the Best doctor in my city. And I got to know it's Solar urticaria. He gave me medicine I used to take medicine. And it becomes normal. Now the symptom changed. I am getting red bumps like mosquito bites and I never leave my that part of the body which got the bumps. I always scratch that part. Like I got bumps in my leg closer to foot area and also in foot area 2 weeks ago. I can never concentrate other things. And yes The whole body also feel itchy but the red bump part is more itchy. I can't even go to college or coaching because I always scratch. My doctor is out of city he will return in March. he gave me 2 medicine and lotion but it's not working anymore.
