I didn't know I was pregnant and I thought I was having periods (above 14 days), when I saw the doctor, he told me to take sysron ncr 10mg tablets for 15 days.I came to know that I am 2 months pregnant after taking it for 15 days.. Is there any problem with the child because of taking that tablet..

Sysron NCR is not recommended in pregnancy. But since you took it only for 15 days, the impact on the fetus may be minimal. Inform your gynecologist about this medication and get regular prenatal care to monitor the health of the fetus.

You must take an appointment with an obstetrician or gynecologist as soon as possible, especially if you are experiencing lower abdomen pain and lower back pain during nights. These can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage, get evaluated by a gynec asap.

Contraceptive pills can be taken within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex to help prevent pregnancy. However, pills are not 100% effective, and the sooner they are taken, the more effective they are. Ypu can take a home pregnancy test or talk to a gynec.

Burning could be due to infections like yeast or bacterial. During Pap smear, the doctor will use a speculum to gently open the vagina and examine the cervix. They will then collect cells from your cervix using a small brush or spatula, and send to a lab for analysis. The Pap smear is used to screen for abnormal cells on the cervix, which can be a sign of cervical cancer or other issues.

I had my last period on the 3rd of last month. I have a 25-day cycle with 4 days of bleeding. I had sex on the 13th and I had a pill within one hour and then on the 15th of that month, I took a pill within one hour, just as a precaution. I started a light bleed on the 20th of that month until the 25th. The expected period date was 30 of the month. But, I still have not got it.

Based on the information you have provided, the pills you took on the 13th and 15th of last month may have affected your menstrual cycle. Contraceptive pills contain high levels of hormones that can disrupt your menstrual cycle and cause irregular bleeding. If you are concerned about a possible pregnancy, you can take a home pregnancy test to confirm. But wait at least a week after a missed period to take the test for accurate results or visit a gynecologist.

Missed periods and white vaginal discharge can be because of pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, infections, or certain medications. If you are sexually active then take a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy as the cause of your symptoms. If the test is negative, consult a gynec.

My mom aged 63 years has a painful swelling or kind of a bone like feeling above pelvis. Few weeks back she had loose motions, stomach ace and sometimes vomiting. Doctors treated her for acidity and she was fine later. What could be the issue for the painful lump? She is diabetic and her current pre range is 160

The painful swelling or bone-like feeling above the pelvis could be an abscess, hernia, cyst, or a tumor. Kindly get it checked with a gynecologist.
Given that she has a history of loose motions, stomach ache, and vomiting, its possible that the swelling is related to a previous gastrointestinal infection or inflammation.
Moreover her diabetes and current high blood sugar levels may also be contributing to her symptoms and complicating her condition.

Hormonal contraceptives do affect your menstrual cycle. Also if your pregnancy test is negative then the period delay can be due to stress, changes in weight, or certain medications.

I pill delay periods for how many days

Do ipill delay periods? How effective is an ipill tablet when taken between 48-72 hours? And for how long can they delay periods and when should I opt for a preg. Test? After sex, she got her periods after 3-4 days (for 3 days which is normal in her case) and they were painless this time with clots. Was that the withdrawal bleeding? It's been a month and 7 days since last that last bleeding and she hasn't got her periods yet. Is it a possible pregnancy? (p.s sex happened on the day she was supposed to get her periods)

Does ipill delay periods? Yes if taken properly as prescribed periods delay due to ipill. The effectiveness of the i-pill decreases the longer you wait to take it and taking it within 48-72 hours is the most effective time frame. If your concerned do a pregnancy test around 2-3 weeks after the date of the last unprotected intercourse. This will give the most accurate result.

Nipple discharge is caused by hormonal imbalances or medication side effects. While its not necessarily an indicator of pregnancy. And if you are taking contraceptive pills regularly and as directed, it's less likely that you are pregnant. Check with a gynecologist to confirm.

Hello, I have herpes type 1. Yesterday I saw a breakout coming. The blister wasn’t very big, it was more red than yellowish. I was with my boyfriend and we spent the night. Today afternoon I put ethanol and acyclovir topically and after 2-3 hours the blister erupted. I’m afraid if I transmitted the virus to my boyfriend. I try to be cautious and avoid sexual intercourse while having an outbreak. I thought it wasn’t very dangerous because the blister hadn’t developed, but I’m really afraid if I transmitted the virus.

If you had active outbreak there are chances that the virus can be transmitted even if the blister was not fully developed. Avoid intercourse during outbreaks to reduce the risk of transmission. Communicate with your gynec about how to manage your outbreaks and reduce the risk of transmission to your partner.
