If you missed your periods for two months and you're sure not pregnant, it could be due to stress, weight changes, PCOS, thyroid problems, or medications. You should see a gynecologist to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.

If you got your periods normally in Jan, then may be the delay is not because of pregnancy. It can delayed due to stress or other reasons which is normal. Check with a pregnancy test to confirm. And if the test is negative, consult a gynecologist for delay of periods.

I am a 23 year old female. I had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend and took the morning after pill three times in one month. We had sexual intercourse twice in a span of two weeks and I took the morning after pill both times. Then I got my period so we stopped, when I came off we had sexual intercourse again and I took the morning after pill, then a few days later got heavy bleeding like a period for 6-7 days. Since then we haven’t had any sexual intercourse. This was last month. This month I haven’t gotten my period yet. It’s delayed. Is it because the morning after pills alters hormones? Or am I pregnant?

Since you took the morning after pill multiple times within a month may have altered your menstrual cycle and caused a delay in your period. But there is still a possibility of pregnancy even if you have taken the morning after pill. Because emergency contraception is not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy, and repeated use of the pill within a short period of time may decrease its effectiveness.

If your infection is not recovered even by medications after so many months then consult a doctor. A gynecologist can help you with proper medications and tests to find out if its an STI or any other problem.

Its unlikely that your partner would be affected by tramadol. Tramadol is a pain medication that works by affecting the brain and nervous system, and its not known to cause tingling or "zingy" sensations in the mouth or tongue.

Missing periods can be due to other reasons than pregnancy, like stress, changes in weight or exercise routine, PCOS, thyroid disorders, etc. You can consult a gynecologist who can examine you and run some tests to determine the cause of your missed periods. They may recommend further hormonal assays, ultrasound, or a biopsy test of the uterus lining.

Some bleeding in white discharge can be due to hormonal changes, infection, or even pregnancy. Your gynecologist will likely ask about your medical history perform a physical exam and test such as Pap smear or ultrasound, to help diagnose the cause of the bleeding.

These are common side effects of birth control pills, especially during the first few months of use. But now if your experiencing new symptoms then consult a gynecologist to determine its cause. Since you have taken the pill in wrong order thats the reason to disrupt your hormonal balance and hence these symptoms, but still its difficult to say for sure without more information.

Consult a gynecologist for evaluation. Sometimes pregnancy tests can give false negatives if taken too early. And there can be other reasons too for a delayed period, like hormonal changes or stress.

Bleeding after sexual intercourse can have various causes. And since you're currently on birth control and taking it consistently, the chances of pregnancy are generally low. To get a clearer understanding of what might be causing the bleeding, consult with a gynecologist to know why its happening ang get the right treatment.

Breast changes are normal and there's nothing to worry about it. But its better to get it checked wit a gynec. it can be due to hormonal changes, fibrocystic changes, or breast injuries. They can examine your breasts, order imaging tests if necessary, and provide appropriate guidance or treatment options based
