When you use an emergency contraceptive such as Unwanted 72, you may disrupt your menstrual cycle and delay it in rare cases. It is perfectly normal to undergo a delay in your period but that may occur due to several reasons such as stress, hormonal changes, and the pill itself. Just wait a little and your period should appear. If you are concerned or notice any unusual symptoms, it would be the best option to consult a gynecologist

The stress from exams can sometimes change your cycle. Other reasons for this could include hormones or weight changes. There is no need to worry, having irregular periods for a while is common. Keep in mind the symptoms you have and if your period doesn't come, go to a gynecologist for a check-up. !

Answered on 2nd July '24

Cervical polyps usually come back. Sometimes, one or more of the symptoms you experience are abnormal bleeding, pain, or spotting. The cause of this is not known with certainty, but it is most likely due to the changing hormone levels in the body, or prolonged infection that has not been cured. The polyp is often removed because it is usually problem-free. The doctor should closely monitor your health to know precisely everything is normal.

Period changes can occur for a variety of reasons. Stress, imbalances in the hormones, weight changes, or even P. C. O. S. polycystic ovary syndrome may cause the period to be late. It's time to calm down, stress is only going to make things more complicated. Proper nutrition, physical activities, and sleep are important. If this happens more than once, it may be best to go to a gynecologist.

It's quite normal for periods to be late, and it's not always a sign of pregnancy. However, it should be said that being stressed, overweight, or poor in hormones can lead to period issues in all women. You should expect discomforting symptoms like throwing up or swollen breasts. To be certain of your pregnancy you can get a home test. In case of anxiety or indecision, turn to a gynecologist for advice.

After Pills for miscarriage can be the condition. You may visit a gynecologist to be tested for your concern that you are pregnant. Toward the middle of the pregnancy, a smaller belly at 17 weeks might trouble you. If a belly is small, it can be because of the baby’s position, the way your body is holding the baby, or many other reasons. In the majority of cases, it's not a big deal when your health conditions are within normal limits. Continue to eat well and go to all of your pregnancy medical check-ins to ensure that you and your baby are healthy.

You might have a Yeast infection. Yeast infections are white discharges with itching, swelling, and irritation. A cloudy discharge can appear at times. Yeast infections are common and can easily be treated by over-the-counter anti-fungal creams or suppositories. Also, wear loose cotton underpants and bypassing soap-induced irritation, as gentle as well as mild soap, is best to prevent future infections.

At the age of 48, the fertility of women is diminished and they face difficulties in getting pregnant. IVF is a way to solve such problems. IVF is a technology where the gametes of the male and female are combined outside the body. Even though one may be at a more advanced stage of life, it is entirely possible to have a successful outcome. Nonetheless, older women will have to deal with the diminished probability of success due to their age. Have a discussion about this with an IVF specialist.

Itching in the vagina may be due to various factors. A common reason is a yeast infection that is occurring when there is an imbalance of bacteria in the vagina. Other reasons can be being irritated by soap or laundry detergent. You can wear cotton underwear and avoid using scented products to alleviate the itching. Consult a gynecologist for the best guidance.

It is crucial to know that your period can be affected by multiple different things. Because you have indicated the contraceptive Nova and fibroids, it is potentially associated with the delay in your period. One of the ways fibroids can cause you to argue with your menstrual cycle is when you have singular or multiple symptomatic episodes. It's always better to talk to your gynecologist about this.

And now after two months having my regular periods I have got fever, and yesterday I vomited, n today I felt dizziness..... Is this any sign of pregnancy?? But I have got periods since after my Intercourse n after 1 week of my Intercourse I even took a pregnancy test, it showed negative.

Since you used condom protection and there was no ejaculation, the chances of pregnancy are quite low. Regular periods after intercourse and a negative pregnancy test also suggest you are not pregnant. Fever, vomiting, and dizziness might be due to other health issues. Please visit a gynecologist for a proper check-up and to address your symptoms.

Moms sometimes experience low milk supply. Though it may seem concerning, there are simple steps you can take. Nursing frequently sends a message to your body to produce more milk. Also, eating nutritious foods and drinking plenty of fluids aids production. Pay attention to your baby's hunger cues - these can stimulate increased supply. With time and commitment, your milk should increase, so try to relax and be patient.

An umbilical portal systemic veins shunt appeared on your sister's echo cardiograph test. This condition affects blood flow in the baby's body, potentially leading to encephalopathy - a problem causing developmental delays. Speaking to a pediatric heart specialist is crucial. They may advise close monitoring during pregnancy and after birth, ensuring the best outcome for your sister and the baby. Early detection and proper management significantly impact the situation.
