Iv been having issues for about 3 days with the left side of my brain keep pulsating, it feels like a worm moving around the side of my brain, it doesn’t stay or move in one spot, when I press down on the area I feel move it just starts happening in another area on that side of the brain, I can’t sleep because of it, it wakes me up. I also feel like there’s something inside my ear, I also don’t know if this is related but since it’s happened my head has been itchy

What comes to mind is that you might be suffering from a migraine. Such attacks can bring an onslaught of forceful pulse sensations and light or sound intolerance. The sensation you feel in your ear, along with the itch you experience, might be associated with the migraine. To ease your symptoms, attempt to rest in a quiet, dark room, drink plenty of water, and steer clear of stress as well as certain foods that may trigger. If the symptoms remain or the situation worsens, go to a neurologist.

You may have muscle spasms in your neck and upper back. This could make swallowing difficult, without throat pain. The throat pressure feeling could result from muscle tightness. Try gentle neck stretches. Apply heat to affected areas. Stay hydrated. Avoid sudden neck movements. If symptoms persist or worsen, see a neurologist. They can evaluate and guide you further.

Dizziness, head swinging, and slightly light bleeding - these symptoms sound like low blood sugar. They happen when you don't eat enough. Your blood sugar drops, making you feel unsteady and dizzy. To help, eat regular meals and snacks all day to keep blood sugar steady. Include a mix of healthy foods: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. If the symptoms don't go away, talk to a neurologist. They'll evaluate further.

Feeling dizzy and weak for days isn't great. It might be due to skipping meals, stress, or low iron. The headache and forehead pain could be related too. Make sure to rest, eat iron-rich foods like greens or meat, and stay hydrated. If you don't feel better soon, visit a neurologist.

Sensorineural hearing loss happens when hair cells in the inner ear are damaged. This condition is common and can't be reversed, but hearing aids can help by making sounds louder and reducing noise. It's important to protect your ears from loud noises to prevent further damage. Regular check-ups with an audiologist are essential for effective treatment.
