Yes, stem cell therapy can be used to treat Interstitial Lung Disease.
The disease can't be reversed but it can either be prevented from progressing further or slowed down.
But please discuss with a specialist about risks/side effects/their experience with prior patients & success rate/pre-operative preparations/post-operative precautions, as there's not much information available on this.
