You're experiencing breathlessness and an inability to eat. Breathing difficulties can be a result of weak lungs or heart. When you experience a struggle to eat, it could be problems with the throat or stomach. Both could be symptoms of a problem, particularly if it's continuous. It's necessary to have a checkup to identify what's making these problems.

Dealing with COPD can be challenging, even if you're a non-smoker. Feeling constantly tired and struggling with tasks like house cleaning can happen without much notice. COPD can be caused by air pollution, second-hand smoke, or genetic factors. To manage the condition, follow your doctor's prescribed medications, do breathing exercises, and avoid triggers that worsen your symptoms. Getting enough rest and eating a healthy diet are key to boosting your energy levels.

The appearance of blood in your cough is a symptom of some process in the body. For example, it might be the case of a respiratory infection, tuberculosis, lung cancer or, it might even be the case of just a small irritation in your throat. You should not hesitate to consult a pulmonologist who will be able to determine the problem and prescribe an appropriate treatment.

It seems like the patient is experiencing a mix of symptoms, including mild fibrosis in the lungs, possible interstitial lung disease, and heart-related concerns like QT interval changes and palpitations. Given the complexity of the case, consult a pulmonologist for the lung issues and a cardiologist for the heart-related symptoms. You might have a viral infection. Fever, cough, cold, body pains, and neck swelling are fairly common with these infections. The virus is being fought by your body, which is manifesting these symptoms. Resting, staying hydrated, and taking over-the-counter medications for fever and pain are helpful in this case. If your symptoms get worse or last longer, you should visit a doctor.

At 20 and 130 pounds, sleep apnea is less likely but possible. However, acid reflux can cause similar choking feelings. Reflux happens when stomach acid backs up into the food pipe. To help: avoid heavy, spicy meals before bed. Raise the head of your bed. Eat smaller meals during the day. Talk to a pulmonologist if you're still concerned.

These symptoms could be either a common cold or a stomach bug. The coughing may be provoking your throat and thus making you feel heavy in the head. Drinking plenty of water, resting, and eating light, healthy foods are the ways you can get better. If it doesn't get better, it's better to go to a pulmonologist

Asthma is a condition where your lungs tighten, making it difficult to breathe normally. You might feel like you can't take a full breath because your airways narrow. An inhaler, prescribed by your doctor, contains medicine to help open those airways. It's important to keep your inhaler close and use it when your asthma flares up. Properly managing your asthma keeps you safe and healthy.

You are already in a group with a cough for quite a long time, and you just began to observe blood in your mucus. When there is blood mixed with mucus, it could be due to different reasons such as a severe cough, bronchitis, or even a lung infection. Visit a pulmonologist to know the real reason and the proper treatment.
