I've been dealing with a complex set of symptoms that have persisted and worsened over the years, and I'm hoping to get your advice on how to move forward. Here’s an overview: - I've had flu-like symptoms for 23 years, which now occur 4-5 times a week. - I experience severe breathing issues, with some episodes lasting up to 9 weeks. - I have constant and aggressive eczema on my legs and abdomen, frequent abscess eruptions, and persistent joint pain. - I also struggle with severe intestinal cramps, alternating between diarrhea and constipation, eye and hearing issues, and clubbing of my fingers. - Additionally, I have a known Hepatitis B infection. Despite being regularly prescribed antibiotics, which only provide temporary relief, my symptoms continue to get worse. These issues are severely affecting my daily life.

Your symptoms suggest a complex and multi-system health issue that requires thorough evaluation. The combination of respiratory problems, skin conditions, gastrointestinal symptoms, and chronic hepatitis B infection indicates that you might be dealing with an underlying autoimmune or systemic condition. Consult with a rheumatologist for a comprehensive assessment, as they specialize in autoimmune and systemic inflammatory disorders. Additionally, a hepatologist for your Hepatitis B management and a dermatologist for your skin conditions would be essential to get a holistic treatment plan.

I am 26 year old and Mera abhi accident hua h. And blood test m hepatitis b+ve surface antigen - CLIA ki value 4230 ae h. To ye+ ve h kya or kita risk h
Male | 26
A positive hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) on a blood test shows that you are currently infected with the hepatitis B virus (HBV). The CLIA value in the test is 4230 which is considered a high level of HBsAg, that indicates a higher risk of transmission to others. Consult a hepatologist and with proper precautions to prevent transmission, its possible to manage hepatitis B.

I am 28years old, female and I am hepB carrier. My dad has undergone liver transplant surgery due to liver cirrhosis and tumour. I checked my HBVDNA and it's quite high in level (in crores) and I have consulted a doctor and he advised me to take antiviral drugs(Tafero800mg-OD) as a preventive measures since my dad suffered from liver cancer. I have taken this medicine for more than 4month and it doesn't bring changes in Dna level counts. So I discontinued my treatment. My all blood reports as well as USG and liver fibroscan is normal but my HbvDna level is still up. My dad has been taking tab.entaliv 0.5mg and it helps my dad's level to come down drastically. Please do prescribed me the best and most effective medicine,Thank you.

• Hepatitis B carriers are persons who carry the hepatitis B virus in their blood but do not experience symptoms. Between 6% and 10% of persons infected with the virus will become carriers and will be able to infect others without knowing it.
• A considerable proportion of chronic hepatitis B (HBV) patients are in the inactive carrier state, which is characterised by normal transaminase levels, limited viral replication, and little liver necroinflammatory activity. After at least one year of frequent monitoring, a diagnosis is made, and lifelong follow-up is required to ensure that this status is maintained.
• In case there is no improvement in HBVDNA levels, consult your expert but do not stop the medication on your own.
• Drugs prescribed such as Tafero (tenofovir) acts by ceasing the production of new viruses, blocks or slows viral proliferation in human cells, and eliminates the infection and also boost the level of CD4 cells (white blood cells that fight infection) in your blood. Entaliv (entecavir) acts by inhibiting the viral replications processes like reverse transcription, DNA replication and transcription.
• Seek the advice of a hepatologist so that your treatment may be adjusted according to your specific needs and preferences.

Male | 21
It seems like you've had a liver function test (LFT) that showed a bilirubin level of 2.9. Yellowing of the eyes and dark urine could indicate jaundice, which is often related to liver issues. Consult a gastroenterologist or a hepatologist for further evaluation and guidance on how to manage your condition

I would suggest refraining from nonvegetarian foods until your liver has 100% recovered from the rupture. While recovering, it is also important to eat a balanced and healthy diet that will help in the liver’s recovery. Talk to your doctor for guidelines

You have a transplanted kidney, and your liver has higher GGT. This is an enzyme that indicates liver issues. HbsAg positive hai 2.87 hai
Male | 21
A positive test result for the presence of HBsAg at 2.87 or above indicates potential infection with Hepatitis B virus. Symptoms may include fatigue, jaundice (yellowing skin/eyes), and abdominal pain. The disease is spread through contact with infected blood or other body fluids so if you think you may have been at risk it's best to get screened as soon as possible.

Hi i have recently gotten a level of 104 ALT on a blood test and my mom is freaking out I really don't want to have anything serious and i'm really scared. Could it be because of my inactivity levels during the summer? I recently gained a lot of weight since I did not exercise in the summer and I am now 5'8 and 202 pounds.
Male | 18
You're worried about your ALT level being 104. ALT is a liver enzyme that can rise when there's a liver issue. Inactivity and weight gain can affect liver health, often leading to fatty liver, even without symptoms. The solution is regular exercise and a healthier diet. Taking care of your liver through a healthy lifestyle is key.

Jaundice is a disorder that affects the color of your skin, making it look yellow, and your eyes, which make them look yellow. Symptoms include yellow skin and eyes, dark urine, and tiredness. Jaundice can be the result of liver ailments like liver inflammation, and hepatitis. A good way to help it is to drink lots of water and eat healthy foods. Get a lot of rest. Steer clear of the alcohol and fatty foods that are so often consumed. Ensure that you see a hepatologist for proper treatment.

My liver is damage and water making in stamch how can be treat
Male | 47
Your stomach may collect water if the liver is not working. That can also cause bloating and discomfort. Signs could include fatigue, poor appetite, or swelling of the belly. Alcohol is just one thing that damages livers – fatty foods and certain medications do too. A gastroenterologist will tell you what to eat but stay off the booze and take drugs as directed.

A fibroscan result with a kPa of 8.8 and a cap of 325 points towards liver issues. This can happen due to fatty liver, infections, or excessive drinking. I have jondies bilirubin count 1.42 any problem???
Male | 36
Bilirubin, a yellow substance from old blood cells, is slightly high at 1.42, which exceeds normal limits. Elevated bilirubin can cause jaundice, leading to yellowing of the skin and eyes. This may indicate liver issues, gallstones, or infections. It's important to consult a hepatologist for further tests to identify the cause and get the right treatment.
