Adetim Neden 7 Gün Gecikti?
Merhaba, adetlerim şu anda 7 gün gecikti ve durumun neden böyle olduğu konusunda endişeleniyorum. Açıkça belirtmek isterim ki herhangi bir cinsel ilişkiye girmedim. Genelde 27-28. günlerde adet oluyorum. Son adetim 5 Nisan'da oldu ve bu ayki adetim 3 Nisan civarındaydı, bugün 10'u ve hala adetim olmadı. Ayrıca rutinimde sürekli seyahat etmekten bir süreliğine sadece evde kalmaya doğru bir değişiklik oldu. Sadece endişelenecek bir şey olup olmadığını bilmek istiyorum ve hemen bir doktora başvurmalı mıyım? Yoksa bir süre beklemek mi? Peki bu konuda ne düşünüyorsunuz? Regl dönemlerinin biraz düzensiz olması oldukça normaldir, özellikle de rutininizde seyahatlerin azalması gibi değişiklikler olduysa. Stres, diyet veya egzersizdeki değişiklikler ve hormonlardaki değişiklikler de adet döngünüzü etkileyebilir. Seks yapmadığınız için hamile olmanız pek olası değildir.
