I am 23old female I am facing breath shortness for past few days and also dizziness since this evening.. From past few days I’m going though a mental breakdown since then i’m getting sick day by day. Major problem is my breathing issue What should i do?
Female | 23
It sounds like you're experiencing significant distress both mentally and physically. Since you're facing shortness of breath and dizziness along with mental health struggles, it's essential to seek medical help promptly. Anxiety or any cold-like respiratory virus might be causing these symptoms. It is imperative to take care of yourself. You can try breathing exercises, take a rest, and talk to someone. If you are still not feeling well, make sure you reach out to our nearest pulmonologist or psychiatrist for a counseling session.

It sounds like your son's cough is persistent and fluctuates in intensity, regardless of a chest x-ray showing no issues. Weather changes seem to affect it, with worsening during bad weather. Surprisingly, no coughing during physical activities like sports or cycling, but sometimes occurs when sitting. It might be worth exploring further with a pulmonologist to understand the underlying cause.

I want to know about the TB
Female | 55
TB, a common shorthand term for tuberculosis, is a life-threatening disease caused by bacteria that mainly affect the lungs. Humans with TB might experience, amongst others, the following peculiar signs: prolonged cough, chest pain, losing weight, and fatigue. The transmission occurs when a TB patient coughs or sneezes with a built-in airway and thus spreads the bacteria from person to person.

i am 17 year old male , my height is 180.5 cm , my weight is 98 kg , and just after clearing my 10 th boards doctors (in KGMU and PGI) doctors said that i have tb in lungs (by bronchoscopy) , it really breaks me down but I thought about my parents and decided to take proper medication of 18 months after that i join the gym and decided to loss weight and build muscles because i am fat and then i started taking creatine and protein ,i am not doubting about your skills even single % but my doctor who give me medicine in KGMU said you can take your daily meals there is no restrictions and don't take any milk products under 5 hours after taking that particular medicine . so , can i take creatine and whey protein during these medication ( plz understand my situation i am taking only these 2 supplements ) i will do anything by these 2 supplements doesn't affect my body . plz give me you advise by considering my situation

You are right in saying that you have certain concerns regarding the application of creatine and whey protein while undergoing tuberculosis treatment. Normally, creatine and whey protein supplements are safe when taken safely, but in your scenario, you should be more cautious. TB treatment would require specific medicines to help do their job. The consumption of creatine and whey protein may interfere with the absorption of these drugs, or in other words, decrease the strength of drugs. It is also crucial that you do not deviate from the exact set of actions the medic tells you to because, in your place, your health is the top priority. Once the chemo treatment is done, you might consider the idea of taking these supplements as directed by your pulmonologist.

i'm been detect have influenza. Tamiflu are no longer have used to me. May i know any other medicine or option that can reduce the effect of influenza?
Male | 27
The flu is caused by a virus, not bacteria. It can make you feel sick with symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, and body aches. Since taking Tamiflu is not in the picture anymore, it is vital that you take good rest, drink lots of water, and take pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help get rid of the symptoms. These help to relieve illness and severe pain. Make sure to stay at home and avoid infecting other people with flu.
