I brush daily for 7-10 minutes daily and even I clean my tongue in a proper manner with tongue cleaner daily.. But when I eat something my mouth is smelling very bad immediately.. I have operated my teeth from a orthodontist at the age of 14 .I had crooked teeth . After investing my 1 year my teeth were aligned. I had braces these year. Now at the age of 24 I can see my teeth are aligning back to their original spaces they are getting crooked again. I want to know about what to do next.

There is an extra tooth(?) next to the upper left molar at the very back, its position is coming out (left)(I don't know whether it is separate from the molar or is part of the molar, but basically the shape is different). I can say that it is not normal because the right side does not have this- Additionally, the shape of the teeth does not conform to standard anatomy because of the growths I mentioned. As for how it bothers me, it makes using correct posture difficult, and also hinders the growth of my palate, it feels stuck. This additional teeth also push the molars inward.
