Hi there, after I finish eating my breakfast; I usually go and brush my teeth. For the past 2 weeks whenever I finished brushing my teeth and gargle my mouth 3 times; it's making me gag. I am unsure as to why. Sometimes I even end up vomiting though only a light throw up. I am unsure if it's the tap water.

You've been undergoing a nasty consequence when gargling the oral solution after brushing your teeth. The gagging and vomiting could be caused either by the taste or texture of the tap water or even the toothpaste you're using.
