Hair weaving is usually for grade 5 hair loss condition, if you have thinning of hair in the crown area then clinical treatments would be an ideal solution for the same. Kindly consult a Trichologist/Dermatologist and get your hair check done for perfect analysis and an appropriate treatment.

Hello Ma'am since your hair loss is for past 3 months and dandruff issue could be more of flaking, due to hair fall which is the first symptom of hair loss.... Hello Sir, since your scalp is clearly visible. It means you have an advanced hair loss condition. For which in smooth and shiny area hair transplant is a must, besides you need to also prevent hair loss condition with treatments like Minoxidil, PRP and laser for existing hair.
