Hello sir since your hair loss is rapid and dandruff issue could be more of flaking, due to DHT(Dihydrotestesterone) which is the root cause of hair loss also known as andogenetic alopecia.... PRP, laser, minoxidil 5% would be an ideal solution for such hair loss condition.
