Your description suggests you might have signs of sun damage and maybe acne scars.

Use a good sunscreen of spf 30, be good with vitamin C intake in your diet. See a Dermatologist

As mentioned I believe your age is 60. Mam Laser hair reduction works beautifully on thick dark coarse hair, if your hair is grey it might not be responsive to the treatment. Usually 6-8 sessions are needed, then it goes to maintenance depending on the response. See a Dermatologist.

Kindly describe little more in detail, is it itchy or is there any flaking of skin from it, also duration.

Considering the description provided it can be simple fungal infection which is very common in folds , thighs, lower back where sweat retention is high.

Try wearing loose cotton clothes, be in an areated environment.

Strech mark is simply a torn (elastin) collagen fibre under the skin. Usually once a strech mark is always a strech mark. There are treatments like Co2 laser, micro needling RF which help in reduction on the size and lightening of colour, it may improve by 10-20-30 percent but never by 100 percent. Only way to know that treatment will work is by doing it. See your Dermatologist or Plastic surgeon.
