Marionette lines are fairly common and are located on those areas of your face which have thin layer of skin, making them difficult to treat with just Botox. This is where injectable dermal fillers matter.

  • Juvederm:
    • Best line of course for filling shallower marionette lines.
    • Consistent use can prevent such lines from reappearing in the long run.
      • Juvederm Ultra Plus XC
      • Juvederm Vollure XC
  • Alternate injections:
    • Radiesse:
      • Patients with deep marionette lines are suggested Radiesse as a base and Juvederm as a pillow-top.
      • Radiesse uses calcium hydroxyapatite gel, which does most of the filling, but it gets absorbed by your skin after a while boosting your collagen.
      • The results can last for 6 to 12 months.
    • Sculptra:
      • A long-lasting dermal filler that can treat a variety of wrinkles.
      • It stimulates collagen production and elastin.
      • However, it is the least preferred option because of the potential allergic reactions.
    • Combination treatments:
      • Combining fillers with Botox can create a non-surgical facelift,
      • while lasers and Profound RF can boost collagen production and rejuvenate your skin.
  • Alternate treatment: a full or mini-facelift.

The most suitable filler for marionette lines depends on personal requirements and skin type. Although hyaluronic acid fillers are commonly used, it is better to consult a dermatologist specialized in cosmetic procedures. They can make a personalized suggestion as well they may perform the treatment safely and effectively.

Chikan pox deep small circle on mouth in central Possible to remove this problem

Male | 31

A canker sore might trouble your mouth. They are small, round, and painful sores. Stress, spicy foods, or biting your cheek can cause them. Try over-the-counter rinses or gels to ease pain and speed healing. Soft foods are better; avoid spicy or acidic ones. Give it time - around one or two weeks - and it should disappear on its own.

Laser scar removal is not usually recommended for deep scars on the face. Please consult a plastic surgeon. Based on your condition and by physically examining you, he will tell you which is a suitable treatment for you.

What to do to get rid of blackheads on the face. And to brighten the face

Male | 25

Blackheads are minuscule black spots on your skin. They are a result of oil and dead skin blocking the pores on the skin. To clarify them, gently wash the pores once daily, never neglect the exfoliation part, and the third thing is to apply a non-come-genic moisturizer. Besides you can try using salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide products. Don't forget to wash your face thoroughly and moisturize it.

Is there any treatment to treat dark patch on my face

Female | 23

It is advisable to take the help of a dermatologist who deals with skin conditions and works to provide an accurate diagnosis and the right treatment. Do not use over-the-counter drugs, or self-medicate. They may worsen the condition.

I need some help not sure what to do. Not so long ago I noticed some wierd looking lines on my lower back, I figured it might be from the seats at school as they have pretty sharp wooden supports that when leaned on might make dents like that. But it has been a couple of weeks and these marks are not going away. Not I'm not so sure if it is the seats cause that would normally be gone In a couple days. If I could compare it to anything they are horizontal lines some longer some shorter, a couple of them and (it might sound a little bizarre) but they look somewhat like stab wound scars or something similar, atlast from my point of view.

Male | 15

It is advised to see a dermatologist who will inspect the site and give a prescribed diagnosis. They may also give treatments options that can be used to lessen the lines visibility.

It can be due to a range of conditions such as Fordyce spots, pimples, or genital warts. It is advisable to visit a dermatologist or a urologist for basic check-op to make sure there is no serious condition. Do not self-diagnose or treat yourself at home, because it can only result in your aggravation of the situation.

You may have a skin disease known as eczema. Eczema is a skin condition that develops itchy red lumps on the affected area. This case is common in children of your age. The reasons could be the problems of dry skin and allergic reactions. Use moisturizing lotion to keep your skin soft and stop it from itching. Sometimes the physician might prescribe a specific cream to help you with the itch.
