You have problem of hirsuitism (unwanted facial hair). This could be due to hormonal imbalance, or repeated use of razor on the skin or the side effects of some medication. Best solution for this is laser hair removal treatment.

Wrinkles and under eye dark circles could be due to the aging process. The treatment options like chemical peels and PRP could be better option.
