Hello, I am 32 year old, I have 20-30 days regular cycle, but my last menstrual cycle was 32 days. I do not use any contraception, or alcohol or any medications. My last periods was on 5th Aug. My partner and I had unprotected sex on 9th and 11th day after first day of my last period (i.e 5th Aug). It is my 39th day of cycle today (i.e 12th Sept), I did not get my period. Home UPT is negative. Can I still be pregnant? Previous history of current medical complaint: I have been trying to get pregnant since an year but never missed a period this late. cycle usually fluctuates between 28-32 days. Current medication details: No History of medication for the same complaint: No lab tests done: AMH: 3.97 (Normal range: 0.176 - 11.705 ng/mL) T3 246 (Normal range: 175.0 - 354.0 PG/DL) FSH: 8.1 (Follicular 2.5-10.2 MIU/ML) LH: 2.5 (FOLLIC: 1.9-12.5mIU/ml)

If a home pregnancy test is negative, it's less likely you're in the first 28-32 days of a regular cycle. Delays can happen due to psychological, hormonal, or other factors. You can wait a few more days and retest. If your period still doesn't start, it’s a good idea to visit a gynecologist for further evaluation.

Answered on 13th Sept '24
You may be dealing with some discoloration of the labia and also some redness. Besides, you have told of the white discharge too. These symptoms could be due to reasons like an infection or irritation. The area needs to be kept clean and dry. If the symptoms are still there or getting worse, get help from a gynecologist.

I am 24 years old female post partum my full body has become tan black and I am feeling heat even in cold conditions I had vaginal delivery periostomy I have baby girl of one month age how do I get back to same shape and colour and what is reason of this heat in my body too much heat feeling when I breastfeeding her or do some chores kindly message me at +918806042023
Answered on 14th Sept '24
A full-body tan or darkening of the skin can be due to hormonal changes or pigmentation after childbirth. The heat you feel may be caused by blood flow and energy loss from breastfeeding and caring for your baby. Stay hydrated and take plenty of rest to help cool down. Over time, your body will gradually return to its original color and shape. If the heat persists or you're concerned, contact your gynecologist.

Hlo ma'am my last period will come on 20th August and end date is 25 th August...so I am do a sex on 8th of September with unprotected sex so ma'am pregnancy will occur or not????
Answered on 12th Sept '24
On average, ovulation takes place around 14 days before your period up to the start of your next one. On the 1st of September, you were still in the risky day period. Symptoms that occur in the early stages of pregnancy can be the absence of periods, dizziness, and tender breasts. For the best results, a pregnancy test is the most reliable option.

I am 25 year old female and I have am having problems in consieving for pregnancy
Answered on 11th Sept '24
A few causes of infertility are an irregular cycle, lack of ovulation, problems with the uterus or fallopian tubes, and hormonal imbalances. To assist you in conceiving, we may recommend lifestyle changes, medications to enhance ovulation or fertility treatments. You can visit a fertility specialist who can guide you in the right direction.

Answered on 12th Sept '24
Primolut is a medication that helps delay your period. Start taking it three days before your expected period date, around the 23rd or 24th of September. It works by regulating your hormones. Follow your gynecologist's instructions and take the medication as prescribed.

I am 22 years old I am suffering from late periods ( last period date was 2/07/2024) past 2 day I have breast pain…..
Answered on 12th Sept '24
Late periods and breast pain can be concerning but it's common and can have various reasons. Breast pain mostly occurs due to hormonal changes such as before periods. Stress, diet changes, or medications can also affect periods. Make sure to chill, eat well, and exercise. If the problem persists or gets worse you may want to see a gynecologist.

having nausea and bloating and abdominal pain after anal intercourse
Answered on 9th Sept '24
The digestive system can stretch and be subjected to pressure during the activity which causes nausea, bloating, and abdominal pain. Sometimes, the friction can also irritate the sensitive lining in your tummy. To reduce these symptoms, you should rest, drink water, and avoid spicy foods. If the discomfort remains, it's best to contact a gynecologist.

Can Onabet B cream used for vaginal fungal infection It is suggested by my gynecologist
Answered on 9th Sept '24
Onabet B cream can be helpful in the treatment of vaginal fungal infections. They can lead to the symptoms like itching, burning, and unusual discharge. Some fungi such as Candida can overgrow in the vagina as a result of antibiotics or weak immunity factors. Onabet B cream has antifungal medicine in it to kill the fungi. Use as directed by your gynecologist to help solve the infection.

Hi there, I'm a 27 year old woman, and I've been experiencing an unusual change in my menstrual cycle recently. Instead of the usual one period per month, I've been having 3 periods in a month. It's been a bit concerning, and I was wondering if anyone else has gone through something similar or if there's any insight into what might be causing this. I'm hoping to find some advice or information on how to address this issue.
Answered on 9th Sept '24
Since the regular flow that you normally get has turned into 3 periods a month, it is likely caused by some reasons that are the underlying factors. These may range from hormonal imbalances, stress, and dietary changes to some medical conditions. The first thing to do when there are hormonal changes is to visit a gynecologist who can help identify the cause and suggest the best course of action for your specific situation.
