I am 3 year old baby mom . after delivery I am so tied and not weight gain and my skin colour dull . how is recovering this problm
Answered on 3rd Feb '25
It's completely understandable to feel exhausted and notice changes in your body after childbirth. Fatigue can be due to physical recovery, hormonal changes, and caring for your little one, while the lack of weight gain and dull skin might be linked to nutrition or hydration levels. Prioritizing a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and proteins can help, along with proper hydration. Gentle exercise can also boost your energy. It's important to consult a gynecologist for personalized advice and to rule out any underlying issues.

Irregular periods can occur due to various factors such as stress, hormonal changes, or lifestyle adjustments. A negative pregnancy test is reassuring but if your period does not arrive soon, it may be helpful to wait a few days and retest. It's also a good idea to monitor any other symptoms you may be experiencing. If irregularities persist or you feel concerned, consulting a gynecologist can give you some clarity and reassurance. Remember, keeping open communication with your doctor is important for your health.

Please answer this. I’m anxious and loosing my self. Is it absolutely certain that an ultrasound scan done at 14 weeks after intercourse would detect a pregnancy? I had an encounter on October 24 that did not include vaginal penetration or ejaculation, but there was rubbing around the anal region. She got her periods on November 8, December 6, and January 3. A urine pregnancy test was done on December 30 using evening urine, and it showed a clear negative result. Out of curiosity, she had an ultrasound scan on January 28 at a clinic, and they said there was no pregnancy. However, I’m still unable to convince myself that nothing happened. Please confirm if, even in the case of a cryptic pregnancy, the ultrasound scan done on January 28 would have absolutely detected? Is there any chance of pregnancy in this case even now . Many are saying mostly, unlikely, highly but no one is giving 100 percent absolute answer. Please help.
Answered on 29th Jan '25
Given that your partner had regular menstrual cycles after the encounter and a negative urine pregnancy test, the likelihood of pregnancy is extremely low. The ultrasound performed on January 28 would have detected any existing pregnancy, including a cryptic one. If no pregnancy was found then, it strongly suggests she is not pregnant. To ease your mind further, consulting a gynecologist can provide additional reassurance and clarity. Remember, it’s important to trust the medical evaluations you've received.

2years back I used unwanted kit to abort foetus..now also iam pregnant.is it okay to use unwanted kit again to abort
Answered on 28th Jan '25
Using medication intended for pregnancy termination without professional guidance can lead to various complications, including incomplete abortion, infection, or excessive bleeding. Each pregnancy is unique, and your previous experience may not reflect how your body will respond now. I strongly recommend consulting a gynecologist who can give you personalized advice and support. They can help you understand your options and, if necessary, provide safe, effective care.

I’m ovlating on the depo injection we are wanting to try for a baby and too
Answered on 27th Jan '25
While the Depo-Provera injection can influence your menstrual cycle, some may still experience ovulation. Look for signs like changes in cervical mucus, mild pelvic discomfort, or breast tenderness. If you're trying to conceive, continue having regular intercourse. It’s also beneficial to track your cycle. Consulting your gynecologist can provide personalized guidance and help monitor your reproductive health.

My period blood is brown why?
Answered on 28th Jan '25
Seeing brown discharge can be normal, often indicating older blood being expelled from the body. This color may appear towards the beginning or end of your menstrual cycle. Common explanations include hormonal changes, stress, or the beginning of your period. If you have any unusual symptoms, such as a strong odor, severe discomfort, or a significant change in cycle patterns, it’s wise to consult with a gynecologist. They can provide personalized advice and reassurance.

Im 32 years old diagnose of 9 months of polycystic ovarian morphology And this endometrium 0:48 cm
Answered on 27th Jan '25
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) can cause various symptoms, including irregular menstruation, weight gain, and acne. It arises from hormonal imbalances, often affecting insulin levels. Managing PCOS typically involves lifestyle changes such as maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise, which can help regulate your menstrual cycle and improve overall well-being. Medications may also be recommended to address specific symptoms. It's essential to have an open discussion with your gynecologist regarding your concerns and treatment options, as they can offer personalized guidance and support tailored to your needs.

My age is 20. I am a female. My weight is 32 kg and height is 5'2''.i was tested positive for pregnancy. I tried to do medical abortion. I took 1 mifepristone by swallowing. After 24 hours- 800mcg misoprostol vaginally. And 3 hours after that 400mcg misoprostol vaginally and more 400mcg misoprostol with 3 hours interval. Took total 5 doses of misoprostol like this including the first dose of 800mcg. After that my gestational sac came out in the morning while i was sitting on toilet. But i did not bleed at all. My pregnancy tissues and placenta did not pass too as i did not bleed before or after passing the sac. The embryo was inside the fluid like white colored sac. I was 12 weeks pregnant. Its now 36 hours and i did not bleed still. Should i wait for my bleeding to start? I took more misoprostol doses after my sac passed to start my bleeding but did not work. Will all the pregnancy tissues will come out naturally? Will my bleeding start naturally after some days? Will my pregnancy tissues and placenta pass if i wait? a doctor told me to use 2tab Co-Amoxiclav 625mg PO bid for 1week, 2tab metronidazole 400mg PO tid for 1week. this medicines are for infection. Also, do i have risks of having retained placenta issues such as hemorrhage? Or i don’t have the risk as i didn’t bleed at all yet? Will the placenta come out when bleeding will happen naturally after waiting ? i am confused and also very worried.
Answered on 27th Jan '25
It's important to know that some women do not experience heavy bleeding after medical abortion and retained tissue can occur. The prescribed antibiotics are to prevent infection, which is essential. While bleeding may still occur, it's best to monitor your body closely. If no bleeding or signs of tissue passage happen in the next few days, please consult a gynecologist for an evaluation. They can assess for any retained tissue and ensure your well-being.

Missing your periods can happen for various reasons such as stress, hormonal changes, weight fluctuations, or medical conditions. It's essential to monitor any additional symptoms like fatigue, pain, or unusual discharge. Consider maintaining a healthy lifestyle with balanced nutrition and exercise. If your cycle doesn't return soon or if you have concerns, please reach out to a gynecologist for personalized advice. A professional can offer appropriate tests and ensure everything is okay.

Not all pregnancy tissue may have passed yet. While some women do experience bleeding days after taking medication, others may not bleed significantly. The medications prescribed are to prevent infection, which is important. Retained tissue can lead to complications, but not experiencing bleeding does not necessarily indicate that is occurring. It’s crucial to follow up with your gynecologist to evaluate your situation and ensure proper care.
