It sounds concerning that you’ve missed your periods for two months, and experiencing light spotting can indicate various things, from hormonal changes to stress or potential pregnancy. It’s essential to consider factors like lifestyle, weight changes, or health issues that might affect your menstrual cycle. I strongly recommend you consult a gynecologist for a thorough evaluation. They can provide guidance, conduct necessary tests, and help determine the best course of action for your situation.

I am a 15 year old female, I have been experiencing extreme nausea, bloating, and headaches for the past 2 weeks. I am a PCOS patient and haven't had my period in about 90 days, could that be the cause?

Female | 15

Our symptoms of extreme nausea, bloating, headaches, and irregular periods could potentially be linked to your PCOS condition. PCOS can cause hormonal imbalances that lead to various symptoms. However, other factors like gastrointestinal issues, infections, or stress could also be contributing.

Peace be unto you Dear Doctor, My wife is six months pregnant. She was having pain in her body due to some lumps, so I gave her Tablet Dolact 50/200. But I just looked on the net and found out that this pill is not safe during pregnancy. After 5 minutes he also vomited. I am worried and away from the hospital. Please guide me. Allah will reward you.

Female | 36

The most important thing is not to let the mother and the baby get hurt in pregnancy. Dolact 50/200 tablet contains some such materials, which are neither safe in pregnancy nor can be recommended for such purposes. Besides that, after giving the drug to her, the discomfort from the health may appear. Therefore, the best thing that can be done is to get immediate medical help to ascertain that everything is well.
