Koi baat nahi, yeh samajhna zaroori hai. Aapne jo anubhav kiya, usse aapko chinta karne ki zarurat nahi hai. Period ke dauran kuch changes aate hain lekin isse aapki vagina par koi lasting impact nahi padta hai. Agar aapko koi anbhav, jaise dard, ya unusual discharge mehsoos hota hai, toh ek gynecologist se sampark karna achha rahega. Professional jaanch aapko behtar samajh denegi aur aapko reassurance milega. Aapka health priority hai, isliye zaroori hai ki aap apne concerns ki baat karein.
