Either you can refer periodontis or a endontontist

if the problem is related to cavities than a endontontist should be prefer because every time the bad smell dosent go due to cleaning some time it comes from the food lodged in cavities also.

Hello, we have two options for replacement of teeth like rehabilitation of oral structures such by false teeth. removal partial denture or else dental implant supported fixed teeth.

cost of fixed teeth is being higher than a removal denture almost 300 percent more it's according to you that what treatment choice you prefer fixed or removal teeth

If more than 50 percent of bone is available that support tooth root than a flap surgery can save your tooth orlese if no bone support is present extraction of that tooth is necessary to avoid spread of your bone loss due to periodontitis

Yes it is always safe to dignose the condition of tooth roots in xray before going for any procedure such as root canal, filling ,extraction ,etc.
