Dr. Shailja Jain (Phd)

Dr. Shailja Jain is a Doctorate (Ph.D.), in Food Science & Nutrition and have been practicing in the field of Dietetics as a freelance Dietician for the last 18 years. Apart from being a consulting Dietician, she has been a faculty at a few reputed universities across India (Mumbai, Jaipur & Chennai), where she taught clinical nutrition & dietetics to UG/PG students.

Her personal interest in local & global cuisine ensures a balance between taste & nutritional parameters as she consults various age groups. Her clients include weight management people as well as people with medical history who are offered customized diets as per need Dr Shailja Jain is passionately working towards her aim of seeing people lead healthy lives. She excels in her field and holds a doctorate in Food & Nutrition and an advanced professional diploma in Sports Nutrition from Ireland. She is also a certified diabetes educator from IAPEN and is NET qualified. She equipped herself with education and knowledge to pursue her goals and is thriving towards them.
