Since you are loosing hair for very short time and you are 36, you must consult hair transplant surgeon immediately. You need to start medical therapies along with either PRP, mesotherapy or laser so that in order to preserve hair follicles, stimulate the hair follicles as much as it is possible to get growth. If this doesn't work then hair transplant is definitely best option.

What to expect 3 weeks after rhinoplasty?
Answered on 23rd May '24
Immediately after Rhinoplasty there will be dressing or plaster which will be applied on the nose and there will be swelling seen around the eye. This dressing or plaster is removed after 7 days after surgery and that time the patient can get idea of how the look and feel and final shape of the nose is going to be. There is going to be some swelling. Within these 7-10 days bruising around the eyes will get less. The patient will face some blockage of the nose and they have been told they have to mainly breath from the mouth for next 7-10 days. Then after 3 weeks the swelling completely vanishes from the face. There will be some swelling left on the nose which will take some time to go. The final shape of the nose takes approximately between 1-3 months. but in 3 weeks patients are presentable, they can go out, do light exercises and lead a normal life. Only thing they have to be careful of avoiding any trauma or injury to the nose.

What are the different types of hair transplant techniques?
Answered on 23rd May '24
Different types of hair transplant techniques are FUE, FUT and advanced FUT called DHI. Basically FUT involves cutting and harvesting of a piece of strip from back of the head from donor area and stitching it up, cutting hair follicles independently from it and then transplanting them.
FUE involves removing single hair follicles at a time with motorized punches and transplanting them or implanting them to recipient area/bald area.
DHI is advanced FUE where hair transplant surgeon removes each follicles manually with very sharp punches with one step implantation so debt direction angle is perfect so that there is no motor damage to the roots. Motor causes heat and fiction which can damage roots

I am 25-year-old man I am at level 2 baldness now. I am facing severe hair loss since the age of 23. I have already tried medication and other treatments, none of them has really helped me. I am thinking of doing hair transplant, would it help me and what which type of treatment should I go for?
Answered on 23rd May '24
You are at age of 25,If you have severe hairfall since age of 23 and if hairs have been gone from the roots then you need to do the hair transplant. You need to consult a hair transplant surgeon and he need to do a severe assessment of your hair. He need to do digiscope or hairscope analysis. He will check the area of your hair loss. If there are chances of revival of the root then it is advised to do medical therapy, if not then the doctor will advise you for hair transplant only.
