Questions & Answers on "Eosinophilia Treatment" (274)

Dear Madam/Sir My Mother aged 59 years old is having Hernia of 2mm.. Doctor recommended for surgery but WBC Count is 16000+. How to control WBC & to Control WBC Which test is recommended?

Female | 59

Your mom's high white blood cell count shows there could be an infection. After her hernia surgery, you'll want to tackle that. Doctors usually suggest a blood culture test to pinpoint the infection source. High WBC can bring fever, fatigue, and discomfort. Treating the infection should lower her WBC count. Make certain she finishes all her antibiotics as prescribed to help get that WBC in check before her procedure.

My CRP(q) is 26 what medicine should i use

Male | 22

If your CRP level shows 26, it's slightly above normal. That indicates your body has inflammation. Inflammation comes from infections, injuries, or chronic conditions. To treat it, you need to address the underlying cause. Your doctor may suggest anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics, depending on what's causing inflammation.

I think I am having hiv.. what can I do whether iam having hiv or not.

Male | 32

Common signs of HIV include unexplained weight loss, fatigue, fever, and swollen lymph nodes. The virus spreads mainly through unprotected sex and sharing needles. To address your worries, consider getting tested for HIV, as early detection is crucial for effective management. Consulting a hematologist can provide clarity and support tailored to your situation. They can guide you through testing, and if needed, discuss potential treatments. Remember, many people living with HIV lead healthy lives with proper care.

Please consult an ENT specialist and a gastroenterologist for the maxillary mucosal disease and pseudo pancreatic cyst. For your bipolar affective disorder and associated symptoms like fatigue and heart rate irregularities, continue following up with your psychiatrist.
