Hola doctor, soy Sana, tengo 27 años y tengo problemas con la menstruación desde hace 6 meses. Mi problema es secreción negra 4 días después de sangrar incorrectamente y manchar durante 5 días y dolor pélvico y ardor vaginal, también por qué.

On September 7th, I had my period, and on September 20th, I engaged in intercourse. There was no ejaculation inside, and to further ensure I was protected, I took the i-pill approximately 1.5 hours after the intercourse. while going back home the pill was out of its packet for 5 mins with a normal temperature. it was in my hand in a fist. Given that I took the pill promptly and there was no ejaculation, I feel reassured about the low likelihood of pregnancy, though I’m still monitoring my menstrual cycle for any changes or delays. that’s why i need help.
