¿Mi madre debería someterse a una cirugía de tumor cardíaco si tiene síntomas?
A mi madre recientemente le diagnosticaron un tumor cardíaco. Le dijeron que no estaba causando problemas con el flujo sanguíneo. No se recomendó la cirugía. Ha tenido tres ataques de edema, uno de ellos grave. Tenía diabetes tipo 2 que está bien controlada. Tiene presión arterial alta. Es la mujer de su edad más activa que he conocido. ¿Por qué no debería operarse? No parece que el tumor sea asintomático en absoluto.

Around 10 days back, I had sever chest pain and left hand along with half shoulder was paining a lot . I went to hospital immediately and got admitted. During investigation, they found BP was shoot up to 210/110 and due to this there was a pain in heart. Doctor gave me anta acidity , B fit tablet and Lonvzep tablet to continue for a week. My 2 D eco report, ECG report are normal. Since yesterday I am feeling uneasy and was having lot of sweating in night . Later it settle down. Can u please guide me how to proceed.
