Good afternoon respected Sir / Ma’am I am 34 years old woman and tend to see that my pulse rate increases and holds for maximum 2-3 minutes and I come back to normal But Yesterday the same thing happened but the pulse was very rapid for over 15 to 20 minutes and had breathlessness also Kindly suggest what should I do
Female | 34
It is possible that the rapid pulse and breathlessness could be symptoms of an underlying medical condition. Consult a cardiologist to determine the cause and the appropriate treatment. Some tests like ECG or a stress test may require to determine the cause of the symptoms. After that only correct course of treatment can be started. i have severe chest pain and my inner muscle contracts and forms a hole on my upper breast area but it relaxed to normal
Male | 18
You seem to have intense chest agony and muscle spasms creating a hole near your chest. These indications could come from angina, where your heart lacks blood. Relax, breathe deeply, remain calm. If pain worsens or continues, immediately visit the closest hospital for urgent care.

A 4.4 cm ascending aorta measurement might be within normal limits. Your doctor has reassured you that there are no restrictions or aneurysm concerns. If you're still uncertain, discuss your diagnosis and seek a second opinion from an experienced cardiologist.. that could provide more clarity.

Diagnosed with tear in aortic dissection Stanford Type B, being treated with medications. What is the best treatment?
Male | 35
The best treatment for an aortic dissection of Stanford Type B that is not severe depends on the overall health of the patient. Medications can be used to control symptoms and prevent complications, but in some cases, surgery may be needed. I advise you thoroughly to see a cardiologist for adequate evaluation and treatment.

Hello. I was sitting on the couch on my phone and started feeling a pain and comes and goes on my left arm. After a few minutes I started massaging my shoulder and back and it stopped. 1h after when I was falling asleep it came back and I massaged again and it stopped. Is it something I need to worry about?
Female | 24
Pain on the left arm can be one sign of a heart attack. These signs are more serious if a person has other risk factors, like high blood pressure, smoking, or a family history of heart disease. A cardiologist should be visited for more thorough investigations

Can you tell me the meaning of cardiovascular infection in your lung with no pneumonia?
Male | 77
The term "cardiovascular infection in the lung with no pneumonia" is not a recognized medical diagnosis. Infections in the lung are usually classified as respiratory infections, and cardiovascular issues related to the heart and blood vessels. To gain a clear understanding of your condition, talk to your nearest cardiologist who can provide an accurate diagnosis.

Hi, I have been experiencing chest pain since Nov'18. Post which I have done 7 ECG test, a stress test and the results were normal. I was advised hyperactivity medicines, however the pain never stopped. I met a Gastroenterologist, who confirmed no issues. Than I met a cardiologist who suggested for 2D echo, did it, it was normal. Then I did sonography, stage 1 fatty liver observed. Than did angiography, no blockages observed, however the blood flow is slow. Now I am left with nothing... The chest pain still persists, post angiography I also feel numbness in my left arm. Don't know what to do. I was recommended following medicines post angiography... strovas Dilzem sr Pan 40mg I have already started following a proper diet. Avoiding junk food, extra salt, oil etc. This has started affecting my work and i am unable to deviate from the thought of the pain
Chest pain can have various causes, even if initial reports appear normal. Potential reasons include:
Musculoskeletal Issues: Strained muscles or costochondritis may cause chest discomfort.
Gastrointestinal Conditions: Acid reflux or gastritis may mimic cardiac pain.
Psychological Factors: Stress and anxiety can contribute to chest pain.
Respiratory Issues:Conditions like pleurisy or inflammation of lung lining.
Nerve Irritation:Conditions affecting nerves in the chest may cause pain.
If chest pain persists or worsens, consult with a cardiologist for a thorough evaluation to rule out serious conditions.

I am 62 year old. I have been taking medicine for last 4-5 year. Heart pumping was set at 42% from last 3 year , but I had got heat attack 2 times and now pumping work at 30% and No blockage, now what should I will do ?
Male | 62
You should consult a cardiologist as soon as possible to determine how well your heart functions. A drop from 42% pumping to the level of 30% is considerable, and it may call for a modification in medication or other therapy. Heart health must be taken care of by the specialist to avoid further heart attacks.
