But I do have some clots and blood while peeing I feel like I'm just peeing blood I don't know the exact percentage of blood in my urine. I'm no doctor but I was expecting the reasons could be two , one is I had lots of meat a day before this but I didn't drink any water properly and the other is I used unsterilised cup ( I just wanted to try it and I'm not on my periods) and also while using the menstrual cup, right before that I used a cream( clobeta gm) which might be on my hand and that cream has a caution saying - wash your hands after applying. But I'm not really sure about the reason.
