Additionally, the motility percentage was recorded at 0%, significantly lower than the normal range of greater than 25%. The first doctor recommended a daily intake of one tablet each of YTIG and CQ10 (100gm). Conversely, the second doctor advised me to consume 10 drops of two different oils, Agnus castus and Damiana, with water twice a day.
