आपातकालीन गर्भनिरोधक लेने के बाद मासिक धर्म जैसी ऐंठन के साथ रक्तस्राव एक आम दुष्प्रभाव है.. इसे अक्सर वापसी रक्तस्राव के रूप में जाना जाता है और यह नियमित मासिक धर्म के समान होता है। गोली लेने के बाद भी गर्भधारण की बहुत कम संभावना रहती है। परीक्षण से इसकी पुष्टि करा लें।
